COCOLAND

Walked around this developing neighbourhood in search of a coffee shop. There were many crowded with customers having what seems like a basic ca phe. So when I saw Cocoland with a modern and clean set up, I did not hesitate to check it out. The 2-storey high ceiling gives it a classy feel, but the most impressive area is the pond with lots of koi carps. Add the water fall and you have the perfect spot to just chill and relax over a good Vietnamese coffee. It's practically next door to my apartment so I've been going there every single morning to start my day. It has also become my office where I can sit and focus on work for two hours. The owner is an elegant and classy lady who speaks English. She always greets.me with a warm smile. They do sometimes get crowded and noisy, and there are smokers in the pond area. But otherwise, it's a nicely calm place to enjoy ca phe. But I will try their tea too next time.

Stumbled upon at this cool relaxing atmosphere. Had Matcha mixed with ice. That was super delicious. My boyfriend ordered mango smoothie he said it could use more mango.

Got an Iced Mango Yogurt Smoothie. So good!

This place is a hidden gem! The mango smoothie with cream cheese is absolutely incredible. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the setting is peaceful with a cool pond and carp. There's even a kids' room and a 3D golf course! Unfortunately, the croissants and donuts were a bit disappointing. I think upgrading to a convection oven and baking frozen pastries could make a huge difference. Overall, a great spot with a lot to offer!

Very nice spot, delicious coffee. They had no cook, so we couldn’t order any food. But staff was very nice.

Cocoland has become my go to place for a cold Smoothie in the evening after a hot day as it is only a short walk from my apartment... Often full of students working in groups or completing their school studies Upstairs is a Golf themed area A limited menu for food, restricted to donuts and Croissants Good place to meet friends or do some work

Lovely cafe with a nice indoor courtyard. Great place to sit around and chill. Very spacious with a indoor waterfall and fish pond.

에그크림커피 초강추!!!!!!!!!!! 비린맛이 전혀 없어요~ 코코넛커피, 흑설탕 버블티, 망고 치즈크림 스무디 주문했는데 다 맛있었어요~ 직원분이 영어를 전혀 못 하시는데, 번역기 이용해서 소통하는데 웃으시면서 친절하게 대해주셨어요.

Cafe khá là ổn.

Quán cà phê trong hình mang phong cách thoáng đãng, rộng rãi và khá dễ chịu. Không gian bên trong được thiết kế với bàn ghế gỗ đơn giản, trần cao lắp nhiều quạt trần, tạo cảm giác mát mẻ và thoải mái. Bên ngoài quán có khu vực ngồi dưới mái hiên và ô dù đỏ, ghế bố ngả lưng giúp khách thư giãn, ngồi nhâm nhi cà phê và ngắm đường phố. Mình gọi một ly espresso, được phục vụ kèm bánh quy nhỏ xinh, ly nước lọc đá đầy đủ. Bàn gỗ mộc mạc tạo cảm giác gần gũi. Không gian thích hợp để ngồi một mình thư giãn, đọc sách, hoặc hẹn bạn bè trò chuyện.

Nước thì dỡ mà giá thì cao . Cà phê đúng tệ thua cả quán cóc lề đường 🫡

Không gian rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, lịch sự. Giá cả hợp lý. Có khu vui chơi trẻ em miễn phí, tuy nhỏ nhưng cũng có khu vực cho trẻ em. Chưa trãi nghiệm đồ ăn nên chưa thể đánh giá.

Quán rộng, thoáng, bàn ghế ngồi thoải mái. Có nhiều sự lựa chọn cho khách: ngồi hồ cá, trong nhà nghe nhạc hay vỉa hè ngắm đường và xe. Nhà vệ sinh tương đối sạch Đồ uống dùng khá ngon. Giá tạm ổn. Đáng để trải nghiệm.

Thức uống tạm tuy nhiên tầng 2 quá bụi và dơ. Khu vui chơi cho trẻ em không được vệ sinh sạch sẽ

Nếu các bạn bỏ qua cafe và ăn sáng ở đây , thì thật sự đáng tiếc ...!
