Naman Retreat

I experienced 3 days and 2 nights here with my family. The room was clean, breakfast was okay. The spa offers hair washing and body massage services, very relaxing. The children's play area has many great activities, Ms. Phuc was very friendly and joined the activities with the kids.

Resort có view biển tuyệt đẹp . Khuôn viên lối đi có nhiều cây xanh và hàng dừa rất mát và đẹp ,Hồ bơi nước trong xanh và đặc biệt là nhân viên rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ khách hàng . Dịch vụ FB có nhiều sự lựa chọn món ăn giữa Âu và Á . Mong được có cơ hội được quay trở lại .

cơ sở vật chất các phòng ở khu toà nhà tầng cao thuộc kiểu rất cơ bản và đơn giản, resort ưu tiên đầu tư cho các cơ sở vật chất khác như nhà hàng và quang cảnh. Cây xanh ở ban công các tầng bị che khuất tầm nhìn ra biển, phải đứng lên ghế mới thấy. Thái độ nhân viên thân thiện, tuy nhiên chắc do khách nước ngoài nhiều nên các bạn thường xuyên nói chuyện to mà ko để ý có khách Việt.

The space here is beautiful and comfortable. You can stay in the hotel all day without having to go out. The amenities are complete, the staff is enthusiastic and always supports guests, especially Ms. My Chi in the Kid Club area. Next time, I will continue to experience it again.

Yesterday I accidentally fell and bled on my knee while playing in Hoi An. When I returned to the hotel, the receptionist told me there was a medical room. I was treated by Uyen, who bandaged my wound very carefully and asked after me attentively. The service here is wonderful, the staff are friendly, and the hotel has many green trees, making it very cool and beautiful.

I had a wonderful vacation at Naman Resort. The services are very good, 5-star standard. I was able to go out to many places thanks to the babysitting team that helped my wife and I feel at ease going out. Thank you very much to Phuc from the kid club. That day I had a business trip alone here, I encountered some health issues, then I met nurse Uyen, who helped me a lot. Every time I called, she came right away without any trouble. She was very dedicated and friendly.

My family stays at Naman every year and is very satisfied with the services and amenities of this resort. This year, my husband had an unexpected incident due to eating, which caused mild food poisoning, and he was promptly cared for and guided by nurse Uyen at the resort, who also brought medicine in a timely manner. My family will continue to return to Naman many times in the coming years.

Ms. Phuc in the children's room is very enthusiastic. My child really enjoys playing with her. I also feel at ease every time I go to the spa because I can leave my child in the children's room with her. Thank you very much, Ms. Phuc.
