My favorite places in Vietnam are like this, you sit down and they bring you food. No menu, no ordering, they’ve got (mostly) one thing and it’s phenomenal. This is one of my favorite noodles in Hoi An, I’ve been twice and will likely go multiple more times! The meat is so flavorful, broth is light and tasty, noodles are perfect, entirely a perfect bow if you add some chili.

Giving this a high review based on the constant traffic of locals. Four busy women and a young guy taking orders. They were knocking them out fast. This place gets points for just being cool!

TLDR: Tucked away in an alley off one of the main streets in Old Town Hoi An is this local noodles shop. The menu is simple. Delicious. Worth it. Communication: I don’t speak Vietnamese but was able to communicate with simple hand signals. I just followed what the steady flow of local customers ordered. Hours of Operation: Opens early for breakfast. I came back later and she was already closing shop. Seems like she only serves breakfast and is done before 11. Pricing: I paid 50k VND for the noodles and baguette. Cash only. (For tourists seems like the price is higher but it did not bother me as it’s helping her small business out. I could be wrong. That’s said this shouldn’t stop you from visiting.) Tips: Use lots of the little cut limes. Add the chili if you can handle heat. I def loved the little red crushed chili mix and the onions. If you’re confused on how to eat just watch the other locals. Authenticity: It’s a lovely little experience with the stools and in the rain the noodles taste extra delicious. Food Safety: Did not get sick eating here this morning. My local friend recommended to me. As a foreigner I felt my stomach was fine after. Price to satisfaction: I rate 10/10 This tasted better and was more satisfying than the more expensive places I have tried on this trip like Morning Glory. Bottom line: If you are an adventurer and foodie I would recommend you try.

It’s a local shop. The broth is sweet same as the usual taste in Hoian. The shop owner is friendly.

맛도 분위기도 로컬스럽고 좋아서 갔는데 가격도 비싸고 거스름돈도 덜 주시려고 하셔서 아쉬웠습니다. - 족발 국수 1그릇 10만동 - 완자 국수 1그릇 6만동 x2 - 콜라 1캔 2만동 총 24만동 나왔는데 리뷰에 나온 가격이랑 달라도 영어로 소통도 안돼서 30만동 그냥 드렸는데 4만동만 주셔서 … 다시 설명하고 받아와야했습니다. 알고 있던 금액에 두배 좀 안되게 내야해서 당황했네요. 그정도 가격이라면.. 일반 식당에서 시원한 에어컨과 드시는게 나을 것 같습니다.. 콜라 얼음은 손으로 덜어주시고 먹는 얼음인지는 모르겠습니다. (음료랑 같이 섞여있음) 베트남어 잘 하시는 분들이나 인상 좀 강하신 분들은 추천합니다..

Không nghĩ một quán ở bên con hẻm nho nhỏ này lại ngon đến vậy. mình thấy ăn còn ngon hơn nhiều cái quán bự chà bá khác l. Giá cả lại phải chăng chỉ có cái mùa nóng thì ngồi hơi nóng một xíu cô bán vui vẻ thân thiện. Quán ăn sáng khi nào cũng đông khách chờ nhau để có chỗ ngồi nữa. Bé nhà mình có để quên hộp bánh ở lại cô chủ cũng cất giùm cho.

아침마다 사람이 바글해서 조식도 거르고 먹었습니다. 역시 대박. 족발국수(조 헤오) 꼭 드셔보세요. 한국 입맛에도 딱입니다. 이런거 한국서는 못 먹죠(족발가격은 거리음식치곤 좀 비싸지만 고기 보면 싸다고 느낄 겁니다. 50,000VND ㅋ한화 2600원). 현지인들 상대라 아침에 가야 맛있게 먹을 수 있습니다.

ร้านก๋วยเตี๋ยวแบบพื้นเมืองเวียดนาม ตั้งร้านแบบแผงลอยริมซอย โต๊ะที่นั่งแบบเตี้ยๆนั่งได้ประมาณ 20 คน ก๋วยเตี๋ยวน้ำใสๆ มีรสหวานนำ ไม่เผ็ด เส้นเหมือนเส้นขนมจีน ใส่ถั่วงอกและผักชี สามารถเลือกเนื้อใส่ลงไปในชามได้ มีลูกชิ้นปลาทอด ลิ้น เนื้อเปื่อย ขาหมู หมูยอ หมูสด บนโต๊ะมีเครื่องปรุงหลายอย่าง พริกแดงตำ มะนาว พริกเขียว ผักดอง กะปิ ราคา ประมาณ 60 บาท (29 มีค 2567)

Bún bò giò heo ! Rất ngon

Cá nhân mình thích bún chả cá ở chổ này. Mùi vị đặc trưng, nước bún ngọt không tanh. Ngoài chả cá còn có gân - tái - nạm - giò. Quán cô chỉ bán buổi sáng đến tầm 10h sáng. Giá bình dân, tô bún chả chiên + hấp chỉ 20k, gia vị ăn kèm đầy đủ nên rất thích. Đây là 1 lựa chọn khá ổn cho buổi sáng nhá.
