Leaving 5-stars for my Cao Lau cocktail which was surprisingly delicious! This was a signature cocktail at Saime - was fun to try something different. Nice blend of sour, dash of spicy, dab of salt and sesame oil (stay with me), teeny ounce of sweetness to round it all out, topped with a basil leaf. Was pleasantly delighted.

Awesome bar! Love the ambiance and the bartenders are really nice. 🙂

Great mocktails and a lovely jazz band that plays every Wednesdat (Tea for Thư).

Upon my arrival at Saime Kitchen & Bar I was warmly greeted my J and his trusted cocktail specialists. They gave us a background on local cocktails and created our own signature cocktail to our specific liking. I would highly recommend attending the signature cocktail event.

We did a make your own cocktail class and we enjoyed it a lot. The staff was thoughtful and knew what they were doing. Recommend the class! Link was a great bartender

The space has a cool vibe and the staff were lovely. The food is a bit different to many places in hoi an so it’s good to try something different. For westerners I think it might help if the pictures of the dishes were a bit larger, as the items were unfamiliar to me thus would help me with my ordering. Good luck to this new business !

Very nice ambience. Indoor and oudoor options. The menu has interesting small and larger plate, quite unique viet dishes, and also offers western options . The food was great, the staff super friendly. Recommend giving it a try.

Saime Kitchen & Bar is such a vibe. The energy here is the moment you walk in vibrant, lively, everything you want on a night out in Hoi An. And the food? Absolutely bomb. 🤯 The braised pork mantou is a must-order (seriously, get two rounds), the sticky rice is comfort food done right, and the rice crackers are the perfect crunchy snack to kick things off. Not to mention a very comforting dessert to end the night ! 😌😚 Their cocktails deserve a shoutout too - creative, interesting flavor combos you won't find just anywhere ✨. Bonus points for the nightly movie screenings, which make this the perfect spot for a relaxed, intimate date night with something extra to talk about. 🤫 Honestly, this is going straight on my "must-return" list every time I'm in Hoi An. Highly recommend 🩵

더운날씨에 급하게 들린 식당입니다 시원하고 분위기 좋은 식당입니다 베트남 음식 지겨워서 들어 왔는데 파스타는 살짝 오버쿡 된 느낌이지만 소스다 맛있어요
