쌀국수 한 그릇에 5만동이라 저렴하게 잘 먹었습니다. 바나나 잎에 싼 찰밥이랑 고기 입힌 반미 튀긴것도 사이드로 나오는 것 같습니다. 먹은 만큼 지불하는 것 같은데 저는 안 먹었어요. 가게 분위기는 로컬 식당이라 많이 깨끗하지 않습니다만 좀 더 일찍 가면 깨끗하게 먹을 수 있을 것 같아요. 재료가 빨리 소진되는지 늦게 가면 문이 닫혀 있을 때가 있습니다. 아침 식사로 좋아요.

Located across the river from Hoi An Ancient Town, Pho Muoi is the kind of place that rewards visitors who are willing to explore beyond the usual tourist areas. It is not a restaurant that you will easily stumble upon. Tucked away on a small side street, this is more of a home-style shop rather than a polished restaurant. Finding it can be a little challenging, and having Google Maps or translation tools ready will definitely help. When I arrived, it was clear that Pho Muoi caters mainly to locals. I did not see many, if any, foreign visitors during my visit. The atmosphere was simple, relaxed, and very authentic — a nice contrast to the busy restaurants around the Old Town. Ordering was an experience on its own, as communication was limited and I had to use Google Translate to explain my order. While this may be challenging for some travellers, it also adds to the feeling of having a genuine local food experience. The pho itself is different from the typical versions found in Hanoi or Saigon. The beef was cooked medium to medium-well, which suited my preference and gave the meat a nice texture without being overly chewy. The broth had its own character, and the addition of peanuts made it stand out from the more traditional pho styles. However, visitors should take note of this because those with peanut allergies need to be especially careful. Pho Muoi may not have the refined presentation or convenience of a tourist-friendly restaurant, but that is also part of its charm. It offers a glimpse into everyday Vietnamese dining and a regional variation of pho that many travellers may not encounter elsewhere. If you are looking for an authentic, local meal away from the crowds of Hoi An Ancient Town, Pho Muoi is worth seeking out. It may take some effort to find, but for those who enjoy discovering hidden food gems, the experience is rewarding. I can also  rewrite it in a more Tripadvisor-style personal review tone if you prefer.

If you’re looking for the best pho in Hoi An, this is the place. Every ingredient was incredibly fresh and the atmosphere is very local (not touristy). Out of all the pho our family tried in Vietnam, this was one of the most memorable bowls.

I may seem to be exaggerating, but I assure you I am not. This was truly the finest Phở Bò I experienced during my two-week journey through Vietnam. I had visited Hanoi and Sapa prior to my arrival in Hội An. I found myself returning here for breakfast on most mornings throughout my week-long stay. The broth is incredibly flavorful, and the accompanying condiments further enhance its taste. Most importantly, the texture of the noodles is perfectly to my preference, retaining a slight chewiness. I will undoubtedly miss this satisfying Phở Bò a great deal.

A local hidden gem, with mainly locals eating here and you know it is going to be good when they serve only one thing on the menu. The pho broth is well balanced and you may tailor the taste with adding condiments and kumquat for acidity. There are also banana wrapped meat/fish cakes* and bahn mi bread* for dipping. Costs is reasonable 50 for the base pho and 10-15 for extras*. Restaurant owner speaks limited English but was very friendly and respectful. Would recommend for the authentic Hoi An Pho experience at an affordable price!

The best food is usually known only to locals and not tourists. I walked past Pho Muoi few times and made a mental note that it always has local patrons. I tried it and it's pho and banh mi cha are phenomenal. Despite the nondescript interior, I thoroughly enjoyed the broth to the last drop and savoured every crispy bite of the banh mi. Please, give this family run restaurant a try.

No need to order. They specialise in one bowl. Take a seat and it will be put in front of you. Delicious bowl of beef noodle soup

Tucked away in the charming streets of Hoi An, this local gem is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic and delicious pho. The restaurant is a hotspot for locals, which speaks volumes about its quality and affordability. The pho is expertly prepared with a rich, flavorful broth and tender beef, all at a price that won’t break the bank. We paid 50,000 VND per bowl, which included the delightful addition of baked banh mi bread. While this might be slightly higher than what locals typically pay, we were more than happy to support this local business. After all, paying a small “tourist tax” is a small price for such a wonderful experience. It’s a great way to contribute to the community, and the quality of the food makes it well worth it. Highly recommended for anyone passing through Hoi An!

The best Pho in Hoi An by miles. Genuinely wonderful home cooked food with a warm and friendly family atmosphere. Could not ask for more 10/10 😊

El mejor sitio para desayunar. Alta recomendación de este sitio. Este tipo del desayuno es muy típico en Vietnam. Nos gusta muchísimo esta sopa. Los dueños son muy amables y agradables. Tiene que probarlo una vez en su vida. Muy barato, menos de 1 euro/ bowl

Tuyệt vời, phở ngon, đậm vị, nhân viên, chú quán nhiệt tình, niềm nở, vui vẻ. Trải nghiệm rất tốt, đáng để thử. Giá cả cũng phải chăng, so với mặt bằng chung thì không cao, yêu cầu thêm cũng khá rẻ. Quán phục vụ nhanh nên không phải chờ quá lâu dù rất đông khách.

Phở ngon. Lâu đời và là gia truyền. Cần điều chỉnh khâu bố trí bàn ghế. Sự mát mẻ và quan tâm khách hơn một chút. Giá từ 30k.

Quán phở gia đình, một trong những quán phở ngon tại Hội An. Giá thành ổn so với địa phương. 40k cho 1 tô nạm gàu. Quán có bánh thêm bánh mì chiên với giá 10k 1 cái, ăn kèm với dưa giá và phở rất hợp vị. Quán bán trong nhà nên khâu vệ sinh hơi kém. Nếu chỉnh chu thêm 1 chút sẽ tốt hơn. So với phở Liến thì phở Mười ăn có vị ngon ngọt hơn nhiều, phở và thịt cũng được bỏ nhiều hơn. Quán chỉ bán vào buổi sáng đến tầm 11h là hết.
