Hoi An Coffee Making Class - Coffee Workshop

We had a fantastic time with Sam who taught us all about Vietnamese coffee. We made 5 coffees and got a recipe book to take home. The class was in a lovely location. Must do in Hoi An!

Wir haben heute einen Kaffeekurs bei Hoi An Coffee Making Class besucht. Es hat extrem viel Spaß gemacht und es wurde viel Wissenswertes über Kaffee vermittelt. Unsere Lehrerin war Lyna. Sie war total nett und aufgeschlossen und hat uns sehr viel beibringen können. Ich würde den Kurs jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Lyna war eine tolle Kaffee-Lehrerin. Es hat großen Spaß gemacht und sie hat uns mit ihrer netten und lustigen Art jeden Kaffee super beigebracht. Wir würden den Workshop immer wieder machen! Vielen Dank!

It was an amazing class. 5 different coffees and all very delicious. Our teacher Sam was very nice and her english was excellent. At the end you even get a little book with the recipes. Would 100% recommend!

13 of us for the morning class. Sam was great. Loved learning the background, and info, and making the coffee was fun and hands on. Great recipe booklet so we can make them ourselves at home ☕ well priced. Highly recommend.

Wir haben 5 sehr leckere Kaffees gemacht. Es war sehr interessant und Lyna hat uns alles gut erklärt und gezeigt. Es hat auf jeden Fall viel Spaß gemacht. Als Tipp: morgens kein Kaffee trinken vor dem Kurs haha

Experiencia top!!! Aprendes cómo preparar todos los típicos de Vietnam! Y Lyna hace la actividad súper dinámica muy recomendable para grupos! Nos lo pasamos genial! Además al final del taller puedes comprar la cafetera Phìn y su café para que puedas hacerlo en tu casa y te lleves un bonito recuerdo.

J'ai fait un cours de café, c'était vraiment top ! Une super prof très souriante, gentille et drôle. On a appris à faire 5 cafés populaires du vietnam, et on repart même avec le livre des recettes ! Incroyable expérience !

Amazing experience! Learned so much about Vietnamese coffee and got the opportunity to make all the popular types of coffee in Vietnam. Our workshop was with Lyna, who was excellent and spent a lot of time going through the different types of coffees. Would definitely recommend this workshop if you are thinking about doing one.

Such a great experience! Beautiful scenery and Lyna was amaizng - learnt so much about Vietnamese coffee and she was super smiley and funny ☺️ Definitely recommend! Was a lovely group too - I came with my partner but would recommend if you’re solo as well!

Wir hatten eine Coffee Making Class bei Lyna und können sie wirklich jedem empfehlen! Die gesamte Erfahrung hat unglaublich viel Spaß gemacht. Die Atmosphäre war von Anfang an locker und herzlich, und wir waren eine tolle Gruppe mit einer super Dynamik. Besonders schön fanden wir, dass Lyna sogar ein kleines Spiel mit uns gemacht hat – das hat die Stimmung noch besser gemacht. Wir durften vier verschiedene vietnamesische Kaffeesorten probieren und haben dabei viel über die Zubereitung und die Geschichte des Kaffees gelernt. Alles wurde sehr interessant, verständlich und mit viel Leidenschaft erklärt. Insgesamt war es ein wunderschöner Tag und definitiv eines unserer Highlights in Vietnam. Vielen Dank, Lyna, für diese tolle Erfahrung – wir würden die Coffee Making Class jederzeit wieder machen!

Wirklich perfekt! Wir waren eine 9er Gruppe was echt eine angenehme Größe war und es war lustig. Lyna hat uns alles genau erklärt. Wir haben insgesamt 5 Kaffe gemacht und alles war super vorbereitet. Absolut 10/10. Wir haben sogar noch ein kleines Buch bekomme mit den Rezepten:)

The coffee making class with Sam is so much fun! You will not only get to learn how to make delicious Vietnamese coffee in the traditional way, but you will also get to make a lot of new friends. Sam was funny, charming and very informative! This is a MUST in Hoi An!

Sam did a wonderful job showing us how to make the 5 different styles of Vietnamese coffee and she kept the class highly engaging and entertaining even with many kids in the group. It was amazing how she kept the pace of the class super friendly till the end.

Lyna is an amazing instructor. I enjoyed all the coffee making process and as someone that is not a coffee drinker, I am glad I know how to make coffee for people who actually love it.

Amazing! Really enjoyed and would highly recommend. Lyna was so lovely and made us all laugh. The coffee was great and it was so interesting to learn about Vietnamese coffee culture. The salt coffee was our favourite!

As a coffee person, I had a blast. Every recipe was explained in depth. Our host, Sam, went even as far as to include us in every small step. Would definitely recommend, consider eating before though.
