Awesome Banh Mi from Mister Dave. Super fresh bread and delicious 😋🤤. Banh Mi Chicken and Mix are my favorite. First time trying the Salt coffee here and I loved it. Totally recommended.

First day in Hoi An and was walking around. Found our guy Dave sitting and he greeted my sister and I with a bright smile. Great place to get a Banh Mi, we ordered a second one each for take away! His stall might be the one we go to everyday for a quick bite! Really good, I highly recommend!

Stopped here around midnight for a late snack before heading to the hotel and I was not disappointed! Beat Banh Mi in Hoi An and the customer service is incredible. Had to come back for lunch the next day!

Dave’s is a roadside oasis for weary travelers who are HUNGRY! Very congenial guy who serves up the best American burgers in Vietnam. Love this place and have come often. Highly recommend!

Authentic, relaxed place with amazing Banh MI's. You sit outside on small chairs, amazing service despite not speaking the same language... We were craving a Banh Mi and stumbled on the local stall. Dave made our meals with great care and attention. His stall is right next to his shop so all was cooked fresh, with fresh salad ingredients. Very tasty thank you!

Great Bahn Mi, great guy. Maybe finding this place at 1am walking home from a bar in the rain made me sentimental, but having a few cold beers and a hot sandwich past your bedtime really is one of life's great pleasures. I went for the 'traditional' bahn mi which was a delight, perfectly crispy from the oven and full of pork, pate and herbs with Dave's own hot sauce. Plenty more offerings on the menu but I was happy to defer to what sells best in this case. The Bahn Mi and 3 beers came to about VND100,000 (£3.20/$4) but the real prize is Dave, who is worth his weight in gold. The definition of hospitable, check him out.
