אני ממש ממליצה על המלון. מלון פשוט מושלם והשירות שלהם מדהים. הכל נקי ופשוט כיף להגיע לשם כל פעם. הארכתי את הזמן שלי במלון מרוב שניהנתי. ממליצה ממש!

Fancy hotel and fabulous service

We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were all very wonderful and attentive (sprinting to open our doors for us, helping us with difficult grab drivers, helpful with dietary requirements, etc.) The spa on site is also great value when you book on of their promotions, and the masseuse’s are very considerate. Although we didn’t use the free shuttle bus, it seems like a great benefit as well if you are planning to travel to the beach or to old town.

We stayed 6 nights here. Quiet and relaxing location, clean room, and friendly staff. Elevator and bathroom a bit old but works fine. Breakfast was okay, and the pool was cleaned daily. Special thanks to Rio — great English and very helpful!

The room was spacious and well-maintained, and the facilities were great. What I appreciated most was the friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was very welcoming and always willing to assist whenever I needed something. The service was professional but still warm and personal. The location is also convenient for exploring Hoi An and enjoying a peaceful vacation away from the busy city center. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Wyndham Garden Hoi An to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Hoi An. I would love to come back again! ❤️

The hotel was beautiful. Great location |The best bit was the amazing staff. So friendly. Nothing was a problem at all |Lived the free bikes and pool was really clean I used the bikes a lot Hoi An is a lovely. Vibrant and fun. Local eateries worth exploring Tony. (Aussie)

Sind 16 Nächte hier. Machen von hier aus unsere Trips dafür perfekte lange alles sehr gut erreichbar mit Taxi. Flughafen, Nachtbus usw....es wird auch SEHR gut geholfen. Ruhige Lage mit schönen kleinem Pool für unseren Sohn ausreichend gutem Essen. Preise sind Gut . Haben im Hotel alles Gebucht Preise waren angemessen klar geht auch GÜNSTIGER aber es war so Bequemer......SUE hat alles super Organisiert geholfen und per w.app alles weitergeleitet . Sind mit Kind 11Jahre hier . Wir danken für den bisherigen Aufenthalt..... Tolles Hotel mit Sehr gutem Service, Mitarbeiter perfekte Lage....

We had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Garden Hoi An Cua Dai Beach. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Beautiful swimming pool, great breakfast options, and convenient location just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic stay at Wyndham Garden Hoi An! The pool is absolutely beautiful – spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing any time of day. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hoi An – I’d definitely come back!

The hotel staff were always friendly, kind, and welcoming. They always greeted me with a smile and were happy to help whenever I needed assistance. The hotel was also clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I really enjoyed my stay and appreciated the excellent service.

The hotel is located near the beach and just a 15min to the Oldtown. The hotel itself is designed in a rustically beautiful Vietnamese style. We were warmly greeted and welcomed when we arrived, everyone was friendly and more importantly helpful with their guests. Service overall is even better than in some 5-star-hotels. Our room was always clean. Outside there is a big pool with a nice bar. We also enjoyed the Garden Spa very much, definitely would recommend. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. Next time we come to Hoi An we would definitely choose to stay at Wyndham Garden again.

We spent 2 nights in Wyndham Hoi An and it was beyond my expectation especially the location and staff. The hotel is just one minute walk to the beach so we swam every afternoon. You can use the hotel’s shuttle bus to the town center and back or use bicycles, all free. The weather was great and we rode a bike twice a day. The staff is so supportive. The room is convinient and clean. Love it!

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt im Wyndham Garden Hoi An insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist zwar an einigen Stellen etwas rustikal, dafür waren die Zimmer ordentlich, das Bett groß und angenehm und die Reinigung jeden Tag top.||Besonders positiv fanden wir das reichhaltige und leckere Frühstücksbuffet sowie den sehr gepflegten Pool. Auch dort waren immer ausreichend Liegen vorhanden.||Der Service war aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken – genau so, wie man es sich wünscht.||Insgesamt hat für uns hier vor allem das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gestimmt. Wer ein gutes, gepflegtes Hotel mit freundlichem Service zu einem fairen Preis sucht, macht hier unserer Meinung nach nichts falsch.

I had a very nice experience in the hotel. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. The rooms are so comfortable so is the bed. Room decoration is very nice the bathroom has a tub as well. I also enjoyed the spa, and slept like a baby after. It was amazing to just relax by the pool. It’s so calm there away from the busy center. They offer shuttle 3 times per day to the old city. Also, the breakfast is incredible. |Improvement for me would be the restaurant, tried some dishes but did not really like it. I think it would be the point to develop in my opinion. The rest was all really great.

The accommodation is quite far from everything, there aren't many activities you can do, and the rest seems okay at first glance. However, we ate seafood rice as soon as we arrived, and it was the only thing we ate that day. I got a toxic infection for two days. I don't want to say it's from there, but there's a good chance. The fish smelled pretty funny. I don't necessarily recommend it.
