Chất lượng dịch vụ tốt, bánh mì ngon, nóng giòn. Cơm gà ngon, hợp khẩu vị mình. Giá cả bình dân nhưng đồ ăn tươi mới ko phải cũ nha. Mua chai nước lớn mà shop cho mình thêm ly đá uống kèm tại chổ nữa. + thêm có máy lạnh, ghế ngồi sạch sẽ, thoải mái chờ tàu. Có tới ĐN vẫn muốn quay lại ăn cơm và cf ở đây.

Quán mát mẻ . Đồ ăn ok . Cafe thơm .

Have the shredded chicken with rice while we waited for train, was very delicious.

We arrived on an early train so this was a handy place to stop and gather our thoughts over a coffee while we waited for the hustle and bustle of to cool off. Even managed to join in with a local tai chi group warming up for the day!

Today, while waiting for our train at Da Nang Railway Station, my family and I visited the Da Nang Station Passenger Lounge and were truly impressed by both the service quality and the food. Having traveled through many railway stations, I can say that not every station offers such a convenient and well-equipped waiting lounge. What impressed me most was that all prices were affordable, clearly listed, and applied equally to all passengers, with no difference in pricing between local and international travelers. The waiting area was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a relaxing place for passengers to rest before their journey. Everything was neatly arranged, creating a convenient and pleasant atmosphere. The food was also delicious and of excellent quality. The banh mi was crispy, flavorful, and generously filled. The chicken rice was well-seasoned, with tender chicken served alongside fresh vegetables and a tasty dipping sauce. The chicken pho was served hot, with flavorful chicken and a light yet rich broth. In addition, the grilled pork chop rice was definitely worth trying, featuring a well-marinated pork chop that was grilled to perfection and very satisfying. Another major highlight was the staff. They were friendly, enthusiastic, and always willing to assist passengers. Their dedication and professionalism contributed greatly to making our waiting time comfortable and enjoyable.

I came here whilst I had a couple of hours to wait for a train. They were very lovely and turned the air conditioning on, for which I was very grateful. Given it’s next to a station, I thought the food and drink very reasonably priced. I would recommend if you want somewhere to wait for your train.

Hello everyone, today I had a terrible experience here. The place is quite nice, but the staff at the order counter were extremely rude to us tourists, and we felt they didn't respect us, especially two men around 30-45 years old. I will never come back again. Although there was a cheerful and slightly chubby young man, and I tipped him 20,000 VND, I think his skills should be developed in a better work environment.

It was a terrible day. I thought about it for a long time and decided to come here to warn everyone about this restaurant. Initially, I had a train at 1:30 PM, and when I saw this place, I happily went inside until a man in a black shirt yelled at me, telling me to order at the counter. I did, and another man at the counter helped me take my order, but his attitude wasn't very friendly. I ordered a coconut, and after enjoying it, I felt a little hungry and decided to order a plate of beef noodles. Everything would have been great, but they advertised something different from the picture in the advertisement. I was very angry about this, so I asked the nearest waiter, and he took the time to explain that the picture in the advertisement and the bowl of noodles I ordered were different. Even though it seemed quite crowded and he was constantly being yelled at by a rude manager, he gave me a bottle of water just as I was about to leave. I was very moved, and I think he deserves to work in a better environment than in such a terrible restaurant. Anyway, these are my travel experiences, and if possible, I will never return to this restaurant and will warn others about its terrible conditions.

We ordered Egg Banh Mi, Chicken Pho, Saigon Coffee and regular iced coffee. The coffee was good but everything else was pathetic. For starters, they don't issue you a bill so you can't even countercheck your order against the waitress. We waited almost an hour for our order and even then, other people were served before us. For the food, we ordered egg banh mi (we checked in the counter with cashier and confirmed) because my companion can't have beef or pork. My partner took a bite and I immediately noticed the pork floss in it. I took it back to the counter and used the translate app to convey that they served us the wrong thing. We went back to our table and they served us the same banh mi with the pork floss removed 😂 some bits were still even on it plus the bite my partner took. When confronted, one of the men said he didn't receive any order about only egg and even seemingly threatened us that it's all on camera. We asked for the bill to prove that we ordered egg banh mi only. Next, my pho. We saw them take it out of the freezer 10 mins before serving 😂 it finally arrived after 40 mins of waiting and when I bit into it, the chicken tasted raw. It only looked cooked but it was completely bad tasting. I tried sipping the soup but I didn't want to risk food poisoning just before a train ride so we decided to just leave. Two men came to our table to convince us not to leave and that they will remake our order. One of the guys said he'll remake our order with a chicken banh mi for takeaway but at that point we were just done and we had to catch our train. For reference, this happened 6:00-6:40 am of June 25th, 2026. They can all check the CCTV. Not a good place at all. First time we encountered bad food in Vietnam. Edit as response to the owner: yes, nearly an hour is more than 30 minutes :) the stated time is in response to the time we started ordering (we entered around just before 6 am, started ordering a couple minutes later as proven by our messages to our family that we're settling in your restaurant). As for the banh mi, your staff offered to give us a chicken banh mi instead for takeaway. He was the one who initiated that but it stands that we ordered egg banh mi only. We said no to that since the quality of the chicken was evident from the pho itself. It's funny that you're not addressing my other concerns and instead focusing on these small things. Anyone that has food allergy is not safe to order from your restaurant. My partner has a dietary restriction and you chose to ignore that. This is borne from religious reasons. Imagine someone else having a medical issue from consuming meat and you mistakenly give them something that harms them and sends them to the hospital. You refused to remake it as well and just decided to remove the pork from it WHICH HAS ALREADY TOUCHED THE REST OF THE BANH MI. We will tell our friends, our family, and anyone that visits Da Nang Train Station to be wary of this place. We'll also reach out to the train station and make them aware of this funny business of yours.

I didn't find too many food options while waiting for my train from Da Nang Station but this restaurant was open. It was ok. I ordered pork chop and rice. It was a relatively small meal and was average tasting. My friend ordered a banh mi. Again it was on the smaller side and wasn't the best in terms of flavour either. Service was good though. It was prompt, helpful and courteous. It was a reasonable sized restaurant but we were the only ones in there. When we first arrived, there wasn't any air conditioning but staff quickly turned it on to make us more comfortable.

A great place to have a quick bite while waiting for someone or the train. Nice and clean with friendly and helpful staff. Food is decent and reasonably priced.
