Aira An Bang Garden Restaurant & Bar

C'est à l'Aira garden que ce prend le petit déjeuner (de 7h à 10h) quand vous êtes logé au Blue Alcove hôtel. Et le petit déjeuner y est excellent. Le personnel est adorable, souriant, parlant anglais, avec un petit mot gentil tous les matins. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet (qui se trouve à coté de la piscine de l’hôtel) et on y trouve : des fruits (fruit de la passion, bananes, pastèque, mangue, ramboutan, longane, fruit du dragon, papaye), salade, fromage, légumes, plat chaud (riz, soupe à la demande, saucisse, lard grillé...), pain (que l'on peut griller), mini croissant, mini pain au chocolat, mini pain au raisin, chou à la crème, muffin, pancake, crème caramel, yaourt, salade de fruits, confiture, beurre, thé, café, jus de fruit, eau, glaçons, céréales et une carte pour demander des œufs, de la soupe Pho ou un vietnamese coffee (qui ressemble à du café au lait). J'ai demandé 3 jours de suite des œufs coques (en précisant cuisson 3 minutes), non seulement, ils n'ont pas de coquetier - un pot de yaourt fait l'affaire mais 2 fois sur les 3, mon œuf était trop cuit. J'ai fini par prendre l’œuf Bénédicte qui lui est très très bon. Il y a des ventilateurs multidirectionnels absolument partout. C'est non fumeur, et si l'on veut s'en griller une, il suffit d'aller sur les tables qui sont dans le jardin.

[English Below] Mình khá tiếc vì lần quay trở lại này không còn mang đến trải nghiệm như những gì mình từng nhớ. Trước hết, mình vẫn muốn dành lời khen cho các bạn nhân viên. Mọi người rất nhiệt tình, thân thiện và luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khách. Mình cũng đánh giá cao việc rượu vang trắng luôn được ướp lạnh sẵn để có thể phục vụ ngay. Tuy nhiên, món ăn không còn giữ được chất lượng như mình từng trải nghiệm trước thời điểm đại dịch COVID-19 năm 2020. Cách trình bày món ăn lần này cũng chưa thực sự hấp dẫn. Điều khiến mình băn khoăn nhất là quy trình thanh toán. Khi mình muốn chuyển khoản, nhân viên hướng dẫn mình phải đi lên sảnh khách sạn để thực hiện( và đó là một chặng đi dài lại còn leo cầu thang). Còn khi muốn thanh toán bằng thẻ thì máy quẹt tại nhà hàng lại không hoạt động, nên cũng phải lên sảnh khách sạn. Mình tự hỏi tại sao nhà hàng không chuẩn bị sẵn một mã QR thanh toán để nhân viên có thể mang đến tận bàn cho khách quét. Hoặc nếu không thể in sẵn, có thể hiển thị mã QR trên điện thoại để khách thanh toán ngay tại bàn không?. Điều đó sẽ thuận tiện hơn rất nhiều và mang lại trải nghiệm tốt hơn cho khách. Hay là nhân viên không được dùng điện thoại hay như thế nào. Chứ vận hành như vậy là không ổn rồi. Một tối thứ 7 mà không thấy khách nào khác… Nhìn chung, đây là một trải nghiệm khá đáng tiếc, nhất là khi mình chỉ có một khoảng thời ít ỏi để tận hưởng Đà Nẵng. ***** I’m sorry to say that this visit was quite disappointing compared to my previous experiences here. Before anything else, I’d still like to mention the positives. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I also appreciated that the white wine was properly chilled and ready to be served. Unfortunately, the food is no longer at the same standard I remember from before the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. The presentation of the dishes also felt rather underwhelming. The payment process was another disappointment. When I asked to pay by bank transfer, I was told to walk upstairs to the hotel lobby to make the transfer. Paying by card wasn’t any easier because the card machine at the restaurant wasn’t working, so I would have had to go upstairs as well. I couldn’t help but wonder why there wasn’t a printed QR code available at the restaurant for guests to scan at their table. Even if a printed code isn’t possible, surely there could be another way to display a QR code without asking customers to walk all the way to the hotel lobby just to complete their payment. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience, especially considering I only had a limited amount of time to enjoy my trip to Da Nang. *There was no customer than us on a Saturday night. The restaurant should take the reviews seriously to improve the service and food quality.

Nhà hàng mái lá, cột tre với không gian cao, trang trí Đẹp, Lung linh, nằm giữa vườn cây, cạnh một bể bơi nhỏ - nổi lên cao. Không gian xanh, sạch và thoáng. Phục vụ nhanh, thân thiện, nhẹ nhàng. Đồ ăn đa dạng nhưng chưa thực sự ngon. Món trứng cuộn không được như mong đợi. Cafe rất rất tệ! Tôi đã bỏ nó, không thể uống được. (Hy vọng sẽ tốt hơn khi tôi tới đây lần sau.)

Đầy đủ các dịch vụ về spa, sông hơi và giác hơi, tối đến đây dùng giác hơi cảm giác và rất thoải mái Nhân viên phục vụ dễ chịu và nhiệt tình Kiến trúc đẹp Vô cùng hài lòng. Vào hẻm hơi sâu tí nhưng mà xe 4-16 chỗ vào thoải mái có chỗ quay đầu xe.

Wir sind nicht aus dem Hotel, haben aber ein Restaurant gesucht bei dem wir frühstücken könnten. Hier wird ein Buffet angeboten. Für unsere drei Jungs ist es ideal da für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei ist. Das Buffet ist gut bestückt und es gibt verschiedene Eiergerichte, Obst warme Speisen, Salate, Croissants und Pancakes. Kaffee, Säfte also im großen und ganzen alles dabei was man so braucht. Das süße Restaurant ist fast am Strand und sehr hübsch. Wir sind nicht mehr lange hier in Hoi An aber kommen sicherlich wieder. ❤️

We stayed at the Aira Hotel, which we really enjoyed, but I would not recommend eating at the hotel restaurant. We’re not picky eaters, but even we didn’t like the food — every dish was noticeably too salty. We were with four people, and only after serving food to three of us did the staff inform us they had run out of mackerel. They asked us to choose something else from the menu, so the fourth dish arrived much later. The “classic pizza,” listed under Western dishes, didn’t even have tomato sauce, and the dough was worse than a supermarket pizza. We were the only ones in the restaurant, so the atmosphere wasn’t great. That said, the staff were friendly and did their best. Fortunately, there are plenty of other restaurants in the neighborhood — so there’s really no need to eat here.
