Sun Ocean Cafe & Restaurant có không gian rộng rãi, hiện đại và khu vườn thoải mái, phù hợp cho gia đình hoặc nhóm bạn. Tuy nhiên, chất lượng phục vụ bị nhiều khách phàn nàn vì nhân viên thiếu chuyên nghiệp và thái độ kém. Đồ ăn ở mức chấp nhận được nhưng chưa thực sự nổi bật so với khung cảnh.

Nhân viên phục vụ cả lễ tân ở quầy cực kì tệ. Khách lên sảnh trên đi toilet mà bảo “ đi có mấy bước cũng đi thang máy” . Dancer vào k sắp xếp chỗ thay đồ nên vào toilet thay thì nói “ k lo mà thay đồ sẵn ở nhà vào mà ôm hết cái toilet”, quản lí k giải quyết đc việc, k nắm đc vũ đoàn diễn ở đâu đòi đuổi dancer ra khỏi quán . K bao giờ quay trở lại. Tệ từ trên xuống dưới
Breakfast
Don't try to tease the fish, even just waving hands or feet in the air, there is a man will yell at you and just say 'ai ai ai' with a terrible cold face, food is good here, but no sea view on the ground floor.
It s worth
This is sea side property but not sea view :) This spacious and modern Drinks and breakfast are acceptable Good place for all = family, friends, couples or group
Inconsistent
This restaurant offers excellent atmosphere and above average food. Unfortunately the service is poor. Management allows servers to ignore customers while employees are busy looking at their smartphones watching videos and using social media. The unacceptable restrooms are poorly maintained. Servers speak little to no English. We ate here twice and one of the dishes came out completely different the second time and took so long that my partner's meal was cold before it arrived. Because the negative outweighs the positive, I do not recommend this restaurant. I will not return. Many better selections in Danang.
Disappointed and unsatisfied place
So I came back to this restaurant after a long time for breakfast. Following to my remember, it used to be a good restaurant with acceptable price and nice view, the service sometimes stayed up for a little bit longer, but I felt okay with it. But this time was a horrible experience. My parents' order was completely wrong, and my ham was still frozen. When we complain about it to a staff, after listening he walked straight away without saying a word. He could not help but at least he could tell other staff to change my parents' meal. And of course, he did not. So we had another to let them know, and you know what he said? He said due to the crowded of this restaurant right now, he can do nothing. It was ridiculous, the basic service skill is satisfied your customer and this restaurant can not even do that! Our entire Sunday morning was ruined because of that. We just had to pay 400.000 VND for this meal, not a big money but they made us feel unworthy
Lunch
We stayed in Da Nang for 4 weeks, and go back to Sun Ocean for lunch over and over again! It's our favorite place for lunch, so comfortable chairs in that nice garden, delicious food, not too overactive staff....they let you eat without standing by looking at you!! The prices is good, you will be filled up for 8USD... Try their Beef salad, it's just wonderful!! And also several other dishes is recommendable. Little bit out of the city center, but go there and try it.
Déception
Le lieu a beaucoup de charme mais la cuisine n'est pas à la hauteur du cadre. Pour un dinner, ce n'est pas le meilleur endroit! SKH
