훌륭한 음식입니다!
Die Qualität der Speisen war ausgezeichnet. Alles war frisch, geschmackvoll zubereitet und der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für das Ambiente. Die Einrichtung und Atmosphäre konnten mit der hohen Qualität des Essens leider nicht ganz mithalten und wirkten insgesamt etwas weniger einladend. Trotzdem ist das Restaurant aufgrund der sehr guten Küche definitiv einen Besuch wert.
シェラトンに宿泊していたので最後のディナーで利用しました。飲み物、前菜が出てくるまで時間がかかりましたが、メインは前菜を食べてから40分以上後に出てきました。サイドにほうれん草とライスを注文していましたがメインと一緒に出てくることもなくキャンセルしました。 お肉を半分以上食べた後にサービスとして出してくれようとしていましたがステーキと一緒に最初に出してもらいたかったので受け取りませんでした。お肉も冷めた状態で出てきたのでとても残念でした。3000000VND払って食べたご飯にしては最悪でした。街中の30000VNDのフォーを食べたほうが美味しいでしょう。もう2度と行かないと思いますが、シェラトンホテルには泊まりたいと思います。

Excellent staff, excellent food. The bread made with pho broth was an spectacular revelation.
We had tried this restaurant several time before as it is quite close to our house and this time we gave it another try but the food was really disappointed. The potions were really small, beetroot salad with so little cheese, scallop was over sweet. The worse were the main course. I had ordered veal osso bucco but it was terrible cooked, absolutely not correct to cook with ketchup or/and Vietnamese chilli sauce, really, they did that; and the meat were full of fat and tendon, and hard. My husband and kids ordered steak and all the sauce were too sweet, full of sugar even in chimichurri, how come! We ended up eating with only salt and pepper. Really if you do not know how to cook you should not cook at this restaurant... I asked the waitress and she said they had a new chef there... Not recommended and will never come back again
Disappointing service on my birthday. Bonvoy Lifetime Gold Member and Made the reservation indicating Valentine’s Day happens to be my birthday. This was my 3rd time celebrating my birthday at this restaurant and yet the service was absolutely 2 star at best. The male waiter kept looking down at his phone only to look up finally to see me signalling to refill my water glass (the water bottle was set away from our table), they forgot my wine order and I had to repeat my order again, and there was not a single “Happy Birthday”. I asked to see the desert menu and it was delivered to me. It took the same waiter 10 minutes to come back to my table to ask me about dessert order. By then I was too disappointed to give them any more of my business. When they came with my card reader and I pulled up my Bonvoy app on the phone the app itself wished me a Happy Birthday but the waiter said nothing at all. This by far was the WORST valentines day birthday celebrations the Sheraton Grand The Grill and you had lost a loyal customer. The management should be disciplined.
作为岘港难得的高档牛排馆，这里确实有不少亮点。牛排肉质和烹饪水平都相当出色，服务员还会让你亲自挑选刀具，仪式感满满。海鲜类新鲜度不错，但味道比较普通，唯有越南clam风味独特令人印象深刻。环境安静优雅，非常适合商务宴请或浪漫约会。服务团队训练有素，主动为生日客人准备气球和甜点，细节很加分。酒单丰富，配餐专业。美中不足是部分菜品分量偏少，价格较高（人均约1,000,000+越南盾）。整体而言，是庆祝特殊场合的不错选择。
Quiet, fantastic appetizers and the steak. Good last night meal eith famoly before we leave the country.
Upscale fine dining room in relaxed atmosphere, nice menue and very tasty food, lobster biaque was delicious and steak is very well and very tender cook to petfection.staff over all are very super. Ice cream portion was very small.
If I could give a 6 stars I would do so. Made a reservation for my friend’s birthday and they prepared balloons with Happy Birthday signs for us (without us requesting for it). Even treated us for dessert. Food was obviously great too. The beef cheek was really tender. Seafood there was good. Highly recommend for any kind of celebratory dinner.

It was not just an excellent meal, it was an amazing experience. From start to finish, everything and everyone was just perfect. The waiters was so impressionably informative about everything that was served, and presented it all beautifully.

My wife and I were staying at the Malia, Da Nang. We searched for places to dine and this gem popped up on the recommendations. We are very glad we dined in, the service was excellent, my wine glass was never empty. The choice of steak knives is a great touch to accompany one’s steak. Our steaks were seasoned and cooked to perfection. I would like to thank Nhung for their excellent hospitality. We will have to come back and tackle the Tomahawk steak. Thanks for a meal well-done.
We had a wonderful dining experience- the food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The open kitchen added a nice touch, and it was interesting to watch the chefs at work. We ordered the scallops, tiger prawns, beef cheek, the lamb rack, and desserts-each dish was full of flavour and cooked to perfection. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and everything was spotless clean. We left feeling very satisfied. Highly recommend!

Sehr schönes Ambiente und leckeres Essen. Japanische Oysters und Lobster in Parmesan überbacken waren wahnsinnig lecker. Mein Freund hatte den argentinischen Steak 🥩 und war auch begeistert! Preis Leistung verhältnismäßig sehr gut, wir hatten in der selben Restaurant The Grill in Dubai gegessen wo der selber Steak das zehnfache gekostet hat
What a wonderful, delicious surprise our dinner at The Grill, Marriott Danang turned out to be. My partner & I arrived at the hotel late (a tropical storm kept our boat stuck at Cham Island for a few hours) so our original dinner plans got cancelled. We decided to stay in and eat at The Grill instead. Fantastic decision! The service (especially Ngoc, who looked after our table attentively), atmosphere, flavours were all absolutely on-point. We ordered a couple of starters (scallops & beef carpaccio), a shared trio of meats plate (rack of lamb, roast chicken & steak), accompanied by roast veggies, and a mix of cocktails and mocktails. I didn’t like how spicy one of my cocktails was and they exchanged it quickly, no questions asked. Perfection all-round, will be back again when able!
