Incredibly fresh and tasty

I really enjoyed Nhà’s cooking class. Nhà was extremely friendly and paid close attention to us. We chose menu 1. Everything was very well organised: all of the ingredients have been prepared and as we arrived we were welcomed with a juice before the lesson. My partner and I chose to do the 10:30am class and we were lucky to be the alone for that session. Nhà taught us how to cook some core Vietnamese dishes in the simplest way possible. It’s also completely possible to replicate these dishes when I go back to Europe. Overall a wonderful experience! Would completely recommend 🫶🫶

Ein eher kleines unscheinbare Restaurant, welches jedoch sehr leckeres Essen serviert. Die Meeresfrüchte mit Nudeln sind empfehlenswert und auch die (selbstgemachte) Pizza schmeckt sehr gut. Hier kann man sogar Wünsche im Bezug auf den Belag äußern. Auf jedenfall ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Nga's cooking class was such a fantastic experience. She promised we would leave confident to remake her delicious recipes and she more than delivered. We learnt mango salad, bun xeo & lemongrass chicken. I couldn't recommend her restaurant and classes enough. The atmosphere is homely and inviting. You can't help but smile when you're there. Thank you Nga and we'll see you next time we're back in Hoi An.

Loved the Vietnamese pancake and the fried noodles

Nice lady but much better currency exchange rate can be found elsewhere - they take advantage of tourists by taking too much commission. They don’t care if you frequent their business. Was originally planning on having laundry done there but now I have poor impression and will give business elsewhere.

The class felt like what cooking at home should be: enjoyable and delicious. Leina teaches you the fundamentals behind classic Vietnamese dishes which is a nice way to learn about the culture (even if you don’t know how to cook) In true Vietnamese hospitality, we ended the evening gathered around the dinner table, sharing the dishes we had prepared together. The warmth of the company, the generosity of our hosts, and the free-flow beer made it feel less like a cooking class and more like being welcomed into someone's home.

Such sweet people and the pho is so so delicious!! Also so nice that it’s open late.

Such a warm wonderful experience just to eat here and become almost part of the family. I tried 5 of the 8 Hoi An unique dishes from the menu. Recipes from her elderly mother who you may meet. Looking for dinner, I decided to try this place after the host, Nga, was very welcoming and inviting as I walked by. I’m glad I did! I had Cao Lầu noodles, as it’s a Hoi An specialty—very tasty. They also offer other Vietnamese dishes as well as Western food, all reasonably priced. I’ll be back again to try more. Ngon!

Я пришла к ним перед закрытием и попросила просто рис с курицей без приправ так как у меня сильный гастрит (я сказала об этом) Заплатила конечно по полной стоимости за все. Нужно было просто вареный рис и курицу. В итоге они сделали рил в КУЧЕ МАСЛА. Такое при гастрите нельзя ни в коем случае( я заметила это только дома, потому что взяла еду на вынос. Ну совсем мозгов нет у них…. Про качество заведения ничего сказать не могу - но вот это сегодня меня добило.

Wir hatten die Cooking Class gebucht. Im Vorhinein gab eine Auswahl von vielen Gerichten aus denen man aussuchen konnte. Alles wurde dafür frisch eingekauft und in Kombination mit der netten Inhaberin, hat es eine Menge Spaß gemacht und super geschmeckt.

Dieser Kochkurs war ein wirklich besonderes Erlebnis. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Gemeinsam haben wir verschiedene vietnamesische Gerichte zubereitet und dabei viel über Zutaten, Zubereitung und die Esskultur gelernt. Unsere Gastgeber waren unglaublich warmherzig, aufmerksam und haben eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre geschaffen, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Alles wurde verständlich erklärt und wir konnten jeden Schritt selbst ausprobieren. Dadurch hat das Ganze nicht nur Spaß gemacht, sondern man nimmt auch wirklich etwas mit nach Hause. Die Gerichte waren am Ende natürlich auch unglaublich lecker. Was uns besonders gefallen hat: Der Kurs ist sehr persönlich gestaltet. Es fühlt sich nicht wie eine Touristen-Massenveranstaltung an, sondern wie ein ehrliches Erlebnis mit Menschen, die ihre Küche und Kultur mit echter Freude teilen. Genau das macht den Unterschied. Neben dem Kochen haben wir auch spannende Einblicke in den vietnamesischen Alltag und die Essgewohnheiten bekommen. Zum Schluss gemeinsam am Tisch zu sitzen und alles zu probieren war ein wunderschöner Abschluss. Wir können diesen Kochkurs wirklich jedem empfehlen, der authentische vietnamesische Küche kennenlernen möchte und dabei eine besondere Zeit erleben will. Vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Erfahrung!! 💛
