This is #Michelin star quality from start to end. The Google Intivation of 1m is a bit misleiding as you have to calculate at least 8-12m but it was more than worth this once in a livetime diner.

​タイトル：スタッフのサービスは一流。料理のオペレーションに一部課題あり。 ​フォーシーズンズ内の「Nayuu」を訪れました。スタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしく、特別な時間を過ごせたことに感謝しています。 ​料理の演出も面白かったのですが、いくつか惜しい点がありました。 マグロの料理は赤身と中トロが分けられることなくつけダレに入れられてしまった為、盛り付けによって中トロだけしか盛られていない人、赤身のみの人などの偏りが出てしまったのが残念。また、液体窒素のデザート演出も、数が足りなかったのか行われないゲストがいたようで、サービスにバラつきを感じました。 メインの和牛と羊も質は良いのですが、立て続けだと少し脂が重く感じられるかもしれません。 ​サービスが最高だっただけに、細かなオペレーションの改善に期待したいです。

It’s surprising that this place isn’t more well-known, because it truly deserves recognition. The fish is unbelievably fresh and prepared with incredible precision, but the meat dishes are just as outstanding — top quality and perfectly cooked. Every part of the dining journey is thoughtfully curated. You start with an aperitif in the peaceful bar area, move to the elegant kitchen counter for dinner, and return to the bar for dessert — it flows effortlessly and adds something special to the evening. The minimalist Japanese design enhances the whole experience, creating a sense of calm focus on the food and atmosphere. The sake pairing is highly recommended, and even for those who don’t drink alcohol, the mocktails are beautifully crafted. Personally, I prefer to stick with water — just to not distract from the sheer excellence of the food! What truly sets Nayuu apart is the warmth and attentiveness of the team. The service is intuitive, refined, and full of genuine care. You’re welcomed like a friend and treated to something unforgettable.
