An Exceptional Italian Dining Experience I absolutely loved my experience at this Italian restaurant. The food was outstanding and truly captured the authentic flavors of Italy. Every dish was beautifully prepared, fresh, flavorful, and made with great attention to detail. It genuinely felt like enjoying a taste of Italy. What made the experience even more special was the people. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of from the moment we arrived. It is rare to find a place where both the food and the people leave such a lasting impression. I truly enjoyed every moment here and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates authentic Italian cuisine and wonderful hospitality. I had a great experience here! 🍕 The pizza was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The staff were also very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I really enjoyed my meal and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Unprofessional and frankly ridiculous service This was my second time visiting this restaurant. The food was okay, not particularly impressive, but we decided to come back because of the location, inside a quiet residential house, which gives the place a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service this time was extremely unprofessional, and the whole “family restaurant” concept seemed to be used as an excuse for it. 1. Very slow and inattentive service The woman taking orders was slow to respond. She walked past me several times while I was trying to get her attention and order, but she kept prioritizing other things instead. 2. The service seemed to rely on a very young child There was a young boy, barely taller than the dining table, helping carry food between the kitchen and the tables. I understand that this is common in family-run businesses in Vietnam, but it also seemed to be part of the reason why communication and coordination went wrong. 3. The most frustrating part was how the mistake was handled There were only two tables occupied upstairs: us and another couple. We ordered one pizza first and said we would order more later. The other couple then placed their order. After we had almost finished our pizza, my boyfriend went downstairs to order another carbonara. While I was sitting upstairs eating alone, the boy brought a pizza to our table. I had to tell him it wasn’t ours and that it was for the other table. A little later, he brought a carbonara to our table. We double-checked that it was the dish we had ordered, and since it was, we accepted it. Then the woman came upstairs with another carbonara and suddenly looked extremely surprised. She loudly repeated several times: “Ủa, không phải bàn này? Bàn này mà ta. Ủa sao kỳ vậy?” For context, this roughly means, “Wait, isn’t it this table? What’s going on?” and also can mean “what’s wrong with you”. And the way she kept repeating it made us feel as though we had somehow done something wrong. She apologized to the other couple and then came over to clear the plates from our table. It was extremely awkward, so I told her: “I don’t know what they ordered. We only took the dish that we had ordered.” Instead of simply acknowledging the mistake and apologizing for the confusion, she immediately started questioning us about who had brought the dish upstairs and whether it was the boy. Yes, it was the boy. But the boy wasn’t the problem. The problem was the lack of clear communication from you, the person taking both 2 orders. There were only two tables on 2nd floor, with one Vietnamese couple and one Western couple. If the orders weren’t communicated clearly between the people serving the food, of course a young child carrying the dishes could easily make a mistake. What was frustrating was that instead of taking responsibility for the confusion, she seemed to interrogate us about who had carried the wrong dish to our table. 4. We also felt a very obvious difference in how Vietnamese and foreign customers were treated She was warm and attentive toward the other couple, asking them whether they were enjoying their food, while being noticeably more indifferent toward us. It’s quite ironic to see a Vietnamese family running an Italian family restaurant in a tourist destination, while seemingly being much more interested in serving foreign tourists than Vietnamese customers. If you’re going to use the idea of a family restaurant as part of the concept, I think basic courtesy, clear communication, and taking responsibility when something goes wrong should be part of that too.

One of the best pizzas I have ever tasted in my life.

Exceptional Italian food the Margherita Pizza and 4 Cheese Formaggio Pasta is just divine so surprised I stumbled on this gem being in walking distance to local hotel. Even offered to deliver pizza to hotel no cost that's service!

Great pizza and pasta. I love the pasta volgole, and seafood salad here, so yummy. Other dishes are great too, but I’m most impressed with those 2 dishes. I only wish they also had tiramisu!

One of the amazing things about this area is that you can find a great restaurant. Literally in the middle of a residential neighborhood! We had two different types of pizzas, terrific dough, great taste, lovely service, decent prices, it's now on my list of favorite places. I later returned for some linguine and clams, they call it vongole, and it was one of the best I've ever had anywhere!

First, I’m here and this will be a regular stop for us! Phenomenal pizza I had the Gorgonzola and ham and additional mushrooms. The crust is perfect and the tomato sauce is divine. The best pizza I’ve had in Vietnam so far, And I’ve been here for two years!

Wow! What can I say. This place is our go to when we want Italian. There is not even a pizza in Italy that beats this place. We love all their pasta and pizzas. You can read the story of how this place serves great food - they worked/learnt from an Italian chef and simply they are amazing. Lovely place and kind owners. They have loads of fans so heat never an issue for us. Highly recommended. They also do great pizza for take away!

Found this little family-run Italian spot in a residential area of Hoi An and loved it. Super cute, really warm and welcoming. Our waitress was lovely and went out of her way to make sure a peanut allergy in our group was properly looked after, which we really appreciated. Food-wise, everything was excellent. We shared the focaccia and the caprese burrata, along with a tartufata pizza and mains of aglio e olio and homemade pappardelle. The pasta was a standout, clearly made with real care. Great flavours across the board and generous portions. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Hoi An!

We went back two days in a row because this place was so good. Really reccomend their pizzas and pastas. Our favourite was the mushroom pasta and carbonara. Their margaritas are also amazing. The service is very welcoming and kind. Would give more stars if I could

Pizza Diavolo und Pasta Pomodori waren sehr lecker! Es gab auch einen leckeren, chilenischen Wein als Flasche, der nicht auf der Karte steht.

Auf Empfehlung meines Vaters, der vergangenen Monat dort war und total begeistert war, musste ich das Restaurant auch mal besuchen. Der Laden liegt etwas versteckt, ist aber super schön eingerichtet, was zu einer schönen Ambiente führt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und freut sich wenn du wiederkommst. Pasta und Pizza schmecken sehr gut und die Preise sind fair. Keine langen Wartezeiten. Eine Empfehlung für jeden der in Hoi An ist und gerne italienisch isst :)
