What guests say
HOOK Food&Beer is a seafood pub praised by many diners for its delicious food, reasonable prices, and enthusiastic staff. The sauced seafood dishes, such as fresh shrimp coated in a spicy, salty, and sweet flavor, are considered worth trying. However, there is one piece of feedback about the staff's attitude when receiving comments.
- •Delicious, rich food that suits the taste
- •Reasonable, cheap prices
- •Enthusiastic staff, good service
- •Fast serving
- •Fun, lively atmosphere
- •The venue manager did not handle feedback promptly

I will never return! We had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. My partner ordered stir-fried chicken, but when the dish arrived, it was mostly large pieces of bone and some of the chicken appeared to be undercooked. He immediately asked the waiter to take it back because he couldn’t eat it. Instead of offering to replace the dish or finding any kind of solution, the staff insisted that we still had to pay for it because “this is how they cook it.” When my partner tried to explain the situation, they told him to leave without paying and threatened to call the police. All of this over a 179,000 VND dish. The way the situation was handled was completely unacceptable. Communication was also extremely difficult because the servers barely speak English. It made it very hard to explain the problem and try to find a reasonable solution. The Pad Thai was okay, but unfortunately, the food is not the main issue here. It’s the way we were treated when there was a problem with our meal. Very poor customer service. We definitely won’t be coming back.
Very good food. If your in Da Nang come here
