Golden Dragon Restaurant

This cute little restaurant is right in the middle of Hoi An Ancient Town, the food is amazing the staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is beautiful. Pricing is on point as well. You have to try this place!!

Not sure who is posting 5 star reviews as this was a big disappointment to us. I rarely review but feel I need to say something. To start we chose our table and two members of staff put the air con unit near us and gave us a fan which was good. We ordered 1 tiger beer, one salt coffee and a bottle of water. The beer arrived, then a few minutes later the coffee we had to remind them about the bottle of water which came however we had to ask for a glass. My husband's meal arrived, beef pull with steamed rice but the waiter said chicken.! 5 minutes later mi e arrived large chicken leg with fried rice, it was a small chicken leg with a strange flavoured sauce all over. Chicken was dried and really hard. We have eaten in many places in Danang and Hoi A. This was the worst all round. I would not recommend this restaurant

If you are looking for seafood and meat, this restaurant is the place to go. We tried the golden dragon appetizer platter, the stewed pork, and fried tiger prawns with minced garlic. The food was delicious. The fresh coconut juice was sweet and refreshing. We paid around 800K Dong for three persons.

Got terrible service(The girl outside quite rude attitude) and the food also not good Ive ever had in Vietnam ! I spontaneously visited just before peak time, but unfortunately I couldn’t enjoy all my food and a beer It was far too hot inside, while only the staffs had cooling fans. It felt like the customers’ comfort wasn’t considered at all to them and Even after I had stopped my dinner (Cus too hot) more people started coming into the restaurant, the air conditioning was still switched off. even don’t think to turn on . Wonder why good rates of reviews here . I should’ve checked the reviews earlier !

Hier 2 avonden gegeten in hoi an! Heel lekker en zeer betaalbaar. De 1e avond hebben we met z'n 4en voor ongeveer 20 euro gegeten.

We have been in HoiAn for 5 nights and been here without fail every single day. Service is top notch, staff are amazing. Drinks are yummy and food is delicious. Best place to sit and people watch for hours. Can’t wait to come back

The staff are nice. The place is very clean and pleasant. However, the meat sold as "Australian beef" is really very ordinary. It consists of a lot of fat. It's not tasty. The cooking wasn't good either. I sat down with great anticipation but it was a disappointment. I'll reluctantly give the dish 3 points.

If you like oil in your banh mi go if not don’t.

Golden Dragon, Hoi An Flying solo this morning, I stopped at Golden Dragon for breakfast and coffee before heading off for a wander around the old town. The coffee was good. Very good, actually. Rich, smooth and exactly the sort of coffee that makes you believe the day has potential. Sadly, breakfast had other ideas. I ordered the banana pancakes. Now, banana pancakes are hardly a difficult concept. Unfortunately, the bananas on this occasion appeared to be several days beyond their peak performance window and had all the enthusiasm of someone forced into overtime on a Friday afternoon. The pancakes themselves were perfectly edible, but when the star ingredient has already started mentally planning its retirement, it's an uphill battle. The restaurant is clean and spacious enough, but I have to confess that a large-screen television showing sport isn't quite the ambience I'm looking for when having a quiet breakfast in one of Vietnam's most charming old towns. Others may enjoy it. Personally, I'd rather watch the world go by over a coffee than watch other people chase a ball around a field. The staff were pleasant and polite, and service was efficient throughout. Nothing was dreadful. Nothing was offensive. It was simply one of those breakfasts that you forget almost before you've paid the bill. On the plus side, the coffee was excellent. In fact, if I'd just ordered the coffee and wandered off looking mysterious and sophisticated, this would have been a much shorter review. ⭐⭐⭐ The coffee deserves four stars. Lovely family run restaurant in central of the old town!

Lovely family run restaurant just off from the lantern boats. Cocktails were lovely and prices really reasonable! Food very tasty.

В переулке нашли дверь. Оказалось,что там два зала. Один с улицы и один с переулка. С переулка был пуст и тих. Сели у очень стильного фонтанчика внутри. Официанты вежливые. Еда вкусная. Место уютное. Впервые попробовал горячий шоколад с яйцом. Круто!

Обслуживание хорошее, атмосфера приятная, а вот еда не самая лучшая. Мяса мало, а в салате с манго очень неприятно пахучая трава - есть невозможно.

We ordered egg coffee, tiramisu, and a banana pancake, everything was very tasty! I liked the coffee presentation, there was a candle burning underneath to keep the coffee warm, very nice staff. The atmosphere is cozy, beautiful, and conducive to photos. The only downside is the pushy salespeople offering their services, as the cafe is on a busy street, but that's not the cafe's issue. It's a tourist center, so be prepared to refuse sellers of glasses and postcards 😁 I really liked the cafe

Wow, the pho is amazing! My friends had the beef pho. I had the seafood pho. My friends said it was delicious too, but I kept saying 'wow' while eating the seafood pho, lol. The fried wontons were also good good.

It wasn't bad to eat simply and rest. The mango smoothie is smooth and delicious.

The restaurant atmosphere and friendliness were so good~!! Above all, the rice was really, really delicious. The banh xeo and pho were so delicious!! If I come to Da Nang, I think I'll come eat here again!!!

Garlic shrimp is amazing. Spaghetti doesn't suit Korean tastes.
