The Coffee / Workzone ground floor has a spacious, comfortable area with plenty of natural light. This location is very suitable for study groups and team meetings. However, with such an open space, it will be a bit difficult to organize private meetings or simply club/team gatherings. Just having 2-3 lively groups will turn the space into a marketplace, making it hard to focus on work/study discussions. I don't know which customer segment this model targets, but personally, I also like sitting here to work early in the morning!

Water is too expensive, one glass of bạc sỉu is 42k but it's just a tiny bit, the shop's space is quite shabby:))))
I sincerely suggest that the drinks here are very bad. The owner should review the recipe to make the drinks better, worthy of the price. If the drinks are expensive and bad, customers will always leave them unfinished.
The water is extremely bad, the staff inside the counter are noisier than a market. Sitting on the first floor to work is uncomfortable. Everyone should avoid this place.
Spacious atmosphere. Although the drinks are a bit expensive, they are delicious. Overall, I still prefer this place over Zone Six.
Can I get a rating without any issues? Because I want to rate it. I came with 3-4 people to study, booked a room for quietness, but it was still noisy as usual. The staff even left the speaker playing music 2-3 rooms away, and the next room was banging loudly. Previously, I booked a room on the 3rd floor which was quiet and VERY QUIET, but now I booked and was given a room on the 2nd floor without even a study desk. Isn't it just like a mini bedroom or a homestay? Everyone should consider this. If you want to book, make sure to clearly ask for a study desk. When I went down to ask if I could change rooms, they said NO because the room numbers were already assigned to each person. They could have handled it by lending me a desk, but they didn't, and I quietly left the counter. In short, the room on the 2nd floor is no different from a sleeping place. Not to mention the water price is quite high. If I booked a room to study quietly, the service should be okay, but here it's the opposite—you can only SLEEP. I hope the shop will see this and learn from it to handle such situations better. To add to the experience, I will probably never come back. Thank you.
Feedback for the restaurant: - Drinks are bad - The space is bad (the tables are unstable, writing or typing causes annoying vibrations, the height of the table and chairs is not reasonable, sitting at this table causes back pain) Hope the restaurant improves.

The food is a bit strange, probably not to my taste, but the space is quiet and airy. Generally speaking, it's okay for me, so I'll give it 5 stars hehe. Any ladies who want to study or sleep at a cheaper price than Zone 6, come here.
A quiet place to work and study with focus

This afternoon at 3 PM on Sunday, October 19, my friend and I ordered. The female staff member who took our order was rude, with a grumpy and annoyed face, glaring at customers. I have been to this shop many times and have never encountered that staff member taking orders before, but this time I came and met this person with a sour face, being rude to customers, and when answering customers, she said, 'No, it's sold out.' My friend and I were startled. Such a strange employee. Also, I ordered milk tea, but it seemed like they added plain water because it was so bland. Is the shop out of sugar? 😒 I hope the shop improves the staff. I just want to give feedback because I have been to the shop many times and this is the first time I have encountered such an employee (that female staff member wears glasses).
Spacious parking but they don't park customers' cars, they just lead them to other shops. In the morning, I saw the car on the street 😃. It's so bad that there's nothing left to say. Not to mention when it rains, helmets and raincoats left at other shops are all soaked, there's nothing left to describe...
The staff's attitude towards customers is bad, the drinks are expensive but not good.
Expensive water and not delicious
Spacious, airy eatery, delicious drinks, clean and fragrant hookah box
Enthusiastic staff, spacious and clean space
Staff's faces are not happy. Water is spilled all over the table without coasters, drinks are sweet. The private room smells bad and is not clean. There was a reservation but it was not noted, and when guests arrived they were turned away.
The shop is open overnight, suitable for those who need a place to study, work, or chat late at night. Basic drinks like coffee, tea, and smoothies are still available, with prices usually slightly higher than regular shops.
Very disappointed. I came to order water very early, received a notification number, then sat on the chair waiting to receive the water. But other customers who came in much later and ordered water got their water early, while the staff left me sitting here waiting for 20 minutes without water. Only when the orders were finished did they pay attention to me sitting and waiting and finally ask me what I ordered and what my waiting number was. The staff work without respect for customers.
On October 4 at 11 a.m. and October 1 at 8 a.m., I went to the counter to order, and the female staff member was on her phone talking. I called out several times, but she remained focused on her call. I ask the owner to review and remind the staff, as this has happened many times during the ordering process.
The coffee shop is very pleasant, with a cool and airy space, delicious drinks, and reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and serve quickly. Will come back many more times!
The evening cashier is so cute and friendly. The shop has too many gifts, spacious and airy. Air conditioning is on 24/7... wonderful.
