Food is okay. But service is bad.

There is a lady who has a bad attitude towards customers. As far as I know, the other staff said that lady named Lan has a bad attitude with customers, but I'm just giving my opinion. The restaurant should see how to resolve it.

The food is okay. The service attitude of the staff is very bad. The tarp was pushed by the wind, we told the staff, they came and did it half-heartedly, then left. The tarp was pushed by the wind again, causing a customer's water to spill, and the water had just been ordered. The staff didn't even apologize, while all the staff saw it but ignored it. When ordering, they brought missing items, and we kept calling the staff repeatedly, which felt embarrassing.

Went to eat yesterday with a friend, and both my friend and I got food poisoning 🙏🙏

Delicious restaurant, prices are okay. On Saturdays and Sundays it's crowded, so it will be cramped and the staff can't serve properly, everyone. Recommend going on weekdays around 6-8 PM. The staff are enthusiastic, but too many customers so I feel sorry for them haha. Overall, still 10 points for quality.

Very dirty chopsticks and spoons full of grease, many staff but they don't clean up, tables and chairs look greasy, overall the food is okay but with such space and service, never coming back.

The food is delicious. I've eaten many times at location 1. As for this location, I've been twice: once at 10 PM they didn't accept customers, another time at 9 PM they didn't accept customers, with the reason being that the dishes were sold out. The restaurant should review its staff.
