Since it was unexpected, some dishes will not match the Menu and the dishes will be served a bit slowly => "This error is on the family's side." The restaurant is well worth experiencing with its spacious, luxurious space, beautiful design, and a comfortable feeling as soon as you step in; a pleasant atmosphere suitable for entertaining guests, family gatherings, or important parties. The food is carefully prepared, delicious in flavor, beautifully presented, and shows a serious investment in culinary quality. Overall, the experience is very good; however, the service still has room for improvement in terms of friendliness and proactiveness to make the guest experience more complete. Nevertheless, this is still a place worth returning to and recommending to friends.

I booked a party for March 2026, but the sales staff politely refused to accept my booking. I was afraid of running out of space, so I went to book my party from May this year. I booked for about 250-270 guests on March 22, 2026, a year in advance, but the female sales staff, who wore glasses, had fair skin, and was a bit plump, told me that the restaurant's small hall was already full on that day, and only the hall for 500 guests was available. Since the hall for my number of guests was full, I had to leave disappointed. Meanwhile, in the same month of May, when I called to ask if the hall for my number of guests was available, the phone operator told me to come to the restaurant for consultation. But when I arrived and sat down for less than 5 minutes, the sales staff said the hall was full. Then, about 2-3 weeks later, I called back and said the number of guests was 300, and the phone operator said the hall was still available. And every 2-3 months when I called back, I still got the answer that the hall for 300 people was available. Perhaps the number of 250-270 guests was too small (not profitable enough) to book the restaurant's hall, so the sales staff 'chased away' the customer after sitting for less than 5 minutes. I was quite disappointed with that consultant that day. Although I really like Minh Chau Palace, a sales staff like this is probably not very good. Also, because the sales staff said the hall was full on March 22, 2026, I booked elsewhere. If anyone is planning to book at Minh Chau Palace with a guest count under 300, you should find another place. Because with this kind of 'snobbishness,' those with under 300 guests will be 'politely refused' like me.

The restaurant is spacious, with at least two wedding halls. The space is quite luxurious, and the buffet presentation is decent for the mid-to-upper segment. The tables and chairs are arranged quite airily, making it easy to move around. The restroom is located at the end of the hall, which is convenient and easy for guests to find. The restaurant is in a newly planned residential area, so the traffic is well-organized, close to the beach and the city center. It is a fairly good choice for organizing events at a medium level.

The staff's attitude towards customers is really bad. If there is an event to organize, I will never book this restaurant.

The new restaurant is clean and beautiful. But the elevator is too limited for a party of over 500 guests. The stairs are also limited; if there is an incident, it would be difficult to evacuate.
