20/7/2026 Mình vốn là một "fan cứng" và từng ăn ở rất nhiều chi nhánh Dookki khác nhau, nhưng trải nghiệm lần này khi đi du lịch thực sự khiến mình thất vọng ngoài mong đợi. Về đồ ăn: So với chất lượng chung của hệ thống, đồ ăn ở đây không có gì nổi bật, hương vị bị giảm sút đáng kể. Món ăn lên quầy rất chậm (fill đồ kém), đa phần là xiên bẩn các kiểu chứ không gì đặc biệt Về dịch vụ: Thái độ của nhân viên chưa tốt, thiếu sự nhiệt tình và chưa hỗ trợ khách hàng chu đáo. Là một thương hiệu lớn nhưng cách vận hành và chất lượng dịch vụ ở chi nhánh này thực sự ảnh hưởng tiêu cực đến trải nghiệm chung của thương hiệu. Mình chắc chắn sẽ không quay lại chi nhánh này thêm lần nào nữa. Mọi người nên cân nhắc trước khi ghé ăn. Cảm ơn!

Đồ ăn tạm ổn. Quán có một bạn nv mang đồ đen (đứng đón khách và tính tiền) trông mặt như mất sổ gạo, khó chịu vô cùng. Không biết là bạn không biết cười hay là bạn ghét khách vậy

Mình phải gọi là khách ruột của DK Go. Nhưng những lần đi đúng ca làm của bạn nữ này thì độ ngon miệng của mình giảm hẳn. Từ lúc tiếp khách đến lúc tính tiền mặt đều rất thái độ, không niềm nở và không để lại một chút thiện cảm nào với khách hàng. Fill rau cũng rất hời hợt, cảm giác không yêu thích công việc đang làm lắm. Không chỉ biểu cảm mà ăn nói cũng rất nửa vời, mình tính tiền xong cũng ko nói gì và chắc ko muốn mình đến lần sau nữa. Chắc không phải lỗi của đội ngũ training đâu vì lần nào mình tới tác phong của bạn này cũng vậy. Một hai lần thì mình còn thông cảm. Nhưng lần nào đến cũng thấy vậy thì mình xin đánh giá bạn phục vụ KHÔNG CHUYÊN NGHIỆP. Nhân viên không đeo bảng tên nên mình chụp hình để đánh giá, tránh nhầm lẫn với các bạn nhân viên khác. Nếu như lần sau mình đến và đúng ca của bạn này, mình sẽ cân nhắc vào dùng bữa.

Trưa 25/5 tới ăn mà tới khá sớm nên nhân viên rất hời hợi,mình ăn ở aeonmall huế thường xuyên đồ ăn ngon sạch sẽ còn vô tới đn để đổi địa chỉ ăn cho mới rồi mà trảu nghiệm tệ,vô đc tầm 20p thì đi ra luôn vì lúc mình bỏ nghêu vào nó nở ra làm cho nồi lẩu toàn cát luôn nhai cái gì cũng cát cát rất khó chịu.có hình ảnh đi kèm

I went to eat on the evening of March 8th, and encountered a female staff member standing at the counter wearing a black uniform who served very poorly, with a disrespectful attitude towards customers. I really don't understand how this Dookki branch trains its staff!???

The service staff is very slow and sluggish, not quick in clearing tables for new customers even though there are many customers queuing up and waiting. The staff is very slow, wasting customers' time. Hope this can be improved. Especially the female staff.

I usually eat at the Indo building, but since there was a Grab discount, I tried this place. I'll just compare it with Indo. The hot pot sauce is missing 1 or 2 sauces compared to Indo. The chicken is quite okay, softer than Indo and refilled faster. The black and white sausages newly released at Doki—at the Indo location I ate two that were doughy, but here the white one is also doughy, but the black one is good. Takoyaki at Go is better because at Indo the filling is slimy =))) and it's fishy, but this dish seems to be like that already. Chicken feet aren't as soft as there, they're better =))) The jelly is not boring. And they have fried shallots, plus a hot and cold water dispenser hehe. Now for my complaints. The orange sauce at Indo is perfectly round and soaked, but here it's fried black and flat. Also the fish—the other place is very tasty, but here it's so dry it doesn't even taste like fried fish. The chicken here is a bit bland, not as soaked in sauce as Indo. The pickled radish is bitter; Indo's is better. On Tuesday after Tet, the 24th, I went to Go; the enoki mushrooms were black, and the vegetables were bitter—probably because after Tet there aren't many customers =)))
