Stopped by for a Bác xíu đá. We njoyed our stop. Place is clean, coffee was tasty and it is located across from the Han River so we had a great view. This was our first time here and I would say we timed it right, as it was not too busy.

Nhân viên nhận order sai còn đổ ngược lại cho khách. Nhân viên đòi check cam thì không nghe rõ nhưng vẫn đổ lại cho khách. Món hết thì không chịu hoàn tiền. Mình bị 2 lần thái độ như vậy ở Katinat rồi. Thương hiệu lớn nên chắc không cần 1,2 người khách như mình.

The restaurant allows customers to bring dogs in and sit on chairs. So is it hygienic? The customers are uncultured.

Taking advantage of the fireworks occasion to force customers to buy a 119k combo consisting of 1 large milk tea, 1 pastry with MILK FILLING and ONE 400ml BOTTLED WATER ??? A customer said they are allergic to milk BUT STILL NOT ALLOWED TO BUY INDIVIDUALLY ??? I rarely leave reviews but this time I'm so frustrated I have to speak up, this IS NO DIFFERENT FROM ROBBERY !!!

The staff have not met the standard of service and customer interaction; the drinks are quite good but service is quite slow. The shop is spacious with many indoor and outdoor seats, and there are many beautifully decorated spots.

I've been to many Katinat branches, but this one is the most disappointing. The service attitude is poor, the food takes a long time to come out, and when urged, they have a bad attitude towards customers. The avocado is old, the young coconut is watery, and they scoop out ice that size but there's still ice left.

5-star service but hygiene is only 1 star

I have been to other Katinat locations, and this is the first and last time I visit this one. The staff entered the bill carelessly, missed items, and had a bad attitude. I had to wait 30 minutes to get my order because you guys entered it incorrectly? I even kindly reordered from the beginning, but the staff member was annoyed and gave me dirty looks. This made my drink and atmosphere experience worse!

I stood in line for 10 minutes, even though there were only three people in line, the cafe was about 35% full, but the wait for a drink was 15!!! minutes. Are you out of your mind? Improve your service.

Ripe avocado with young coconut, but the coconut water is not clear. Asked the staff, they said to stir it up to make the coconut water whiter. When leaving to go to the toilet, the staff said it's already cleaned up and wouldn't let me go. Damn, so pissed off I can't stand it.

Can the shop leave Grab Food? Waiting a long time to pick up orders and also have to order first before making :(

Katinat is a place I really like to visit whenever I need a chill space and good coffee. The drinks are flavorful, beautifully presented, the staff is friendly and service is fast. The space is clean, modern, very suitable for studying, working, or meeting friends. Definitely will come back many more times! ☕✨

The shop is quite large. The drinks are also expensive. Every time I come in, I have to stand and wait a long time to order drinks. Each time, there is only one staff member working while the counter has two people. Every time the one taking orders is slow or has some issue with the machine, the whole line of customers waits. Sometimes I have to stand and wait for 30 minutes before it's my turn. I often see that the one working is slow. One works slowly while the other stands around doing nothing while the whole line of customers waits. It's irritating to see.
