Tôi mua 1 phần ăn nhưng ko được báo trước phải chờ trong 20p, và tôi lúc đó chi lên máy bay cách 45p. Lúc lên đến sân bay, phần ăn của tôi đã đổ ra và làm phần ăn bị bẩn, dây ra quần áo của tôi. Đã vậy cái bực nhất là thái độ nhân viên thu ngân và bạn áo sơ mi đen rất thái độ, tức giận và ko đưa ra 1 giải pháp gì tối ưu. Thất vọng và ko đáng để quay lại.

Mình đi với ba bạn nhỏ vào lúc 11:50 và order in trên bill 12:05, nhưng tới khi phục vụ thì là 12:30 phần đầu tiên mới phát hiện ra mấy bạn làm sai order trong khi mình order 3 phần combo gà, thời gian đợi lâu rồi còn bị sai, mấy bạn có xin lỗi thì mình cũng không làm khó gì tuy nhiên khâu đào tạo nên chỉnh chu hơn khi order món chi khách cần xác nhận lại cho kỹ để tránh làm sai và khách đợi lâu. Nói chung mấy bạn nhà mình khen đồ ăn ngon có lẽ cũng vì đang đói. Hy vọng các bạn cải thiện điều này.

The staff had scowling faces, were unprofessional and annoyed when seeing customers order the 39k portion. While there was an advertisement for a lunch set of 1 pasta + drink for 39k. When arriving to order, the staff did not clearly explain that it is not applicable on Saturdays. Made me wait 10 minutes, then another staff member came to say the promotion only applies Monday-Friday. When I went back to order a different portion, staff member Mai Thao was very unpleasant. From payment to receiving the food, it took from 10:34 to 10:50. I had to rush them before they handed it over. From now on, ANY program, even if it's free, I WILL NEVER EAT AT LOTTE.

The chicken skin is marinated deliciously, very crispy. The pasta is tasty, just right for the palate.

The staff had a bad attitude, showing annoyance + gave dirty utensils to customers. Right from the ordering moment, the staff member showed a bad attitude, communicating with me reluctantly, which made me feel uncomfortable from the start. When eating, I asked for extra knives and forks and received a knife with sauce stuck on the handle, clearly indicating that THE EATERY HAD NOT WASHED IT PROPERLY. What made me more upset was that the staff member did not apologize, and even had a bad attitude toward me, and furthermore said something like "use gloves" as if it were normal. This is truly unprofessional. As for the food, the chicken was dry, hard, and cold. I don't know if it was due to being left out for too long or improper preparation, but such quality is very disappointing. Overall, this was an extremely bad experience from service to food. Will not return 🤬

Bad pasta but crispy fried chicken is good. Service is slow, the staff seem unhurried, taking their time while customers queue up in large numbers, and there are very few tables and chairs. Customers have to clear tables themselves and find seats, standing and waiting for each other to get a spot. The service is only 50% of Jollibee's; the staff there are super fast. Drinks are expensive: 1 bottle of water or 1 glass of Pepsi costs 15k, while at Jollibee it's 5k. The atmosphere is stuffy due to the cramped space.

The attitude of the security staff towards customers is extremely condescending. They did not inform customers that they cannot leave items after 10 PM, did not guide customers on how to retrieve items after 10 PM, and called the hotline 3 times with no one on duty. An extremely terrible experience.
