Highlands Coffee Monarchy Da Nang

I ordered a size L drink but got little coffee and a lot of ice. Also, the coffee was not tasty.

I've often wondered why this place has fewer customers than the surrounding establishments. Today I tried buying a phindi here, and it's not like the ones at those other places. The taste is off, not strong, not creamy, not fragrant... The store should check to see if what I'm saying is correct.

I just bought a large size cup but the amount of water was only about half the cup, so I was a bit surprised. I'm sending feedback for the shop to check the portion size for customers. Hope the shop improves, thank you.
