Nậm Cuisine Restaurant - Ẩm thực Việt Nam

This was my second time visiting this restaurant. I decided to come back because I had a fairly good experience with the food on my first visit. Unfortunately, this time I was extremely disappointed, especially with the service and the way my concern was handled. I clearly told the staff three times that I do not eat onions or garlic and specifically asked them not to include either in my food. Despite this, the dish was still served with both onions and garlic. I understand that mistakes can happen in a restaurant. However, what disappointed me most was the way the situation was handled. There was no apology. Instead, the staff simply explained that it was the chef’s mistake. When I said that I could not eat the dish and did not want it anymore, the staff took the plate back into the kitchen and never came back to apologize or offer any explanation. For me, a restaurant is not judged only by the quality of its food. Listening to customers, respecting their requests, and taking responsibility when something goes wrong are equally important. After this experience, I will not be returning, and I will not recommend this restaurant to my friends or clients, especially those who have specific dietary requirements or special requests. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and uses it to improve its customer service. Mistakes can happen, but customers deserve at least to be heard, respected, and treated with courtesy when something goes wrong. Thi was the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

So good and big serving!🫶🏻

Excellent pho and porridge

Nice people, so I hate to leave a bad review - but I got very sick after eating here.

good and affordable dishes! located near our hotel and we just have to walk. we love everything we ordered. i recommend this place.

Great value for protein. I got a Lange beef pho with extra meat, and a 1/2 chicken for less than $300k. Around 100-120g of protein. Amazing service they were attentive and made sure I was comfortable. Doesn’t look super fancy but the food is solid and does the trick.

Love it,very affordable and tasty, locals there, which is sign of quality

The food was delicious, but the wait was very long and the service wasn't particularly enthusiastic.

Close to My khe beach, very clean and spacious indoor seating and a couple tables outdoors. It provides noodle soups, fried rice and noodles, Vietnam local fishes and seafood. Yummy dishes! and cheaper than similar venues at inner streets. The service was great too.

You absolutely have to try the grilled oysters with peanuts.

Best crispy pancake I’ve ever had!! Ok, to be fair, it’s the only crispy pancake I’ve ever had but I loved it so much I went back twice more. Good pricing, generous serves and very clean.

Bardzo dobre jedzenie 😊

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nậm Cuisine Restaurant w Da Nang to prawdziwe odkrycie! 🇻🇳🍜❤️

Restauracja zdecydowanie godna polecenia! Zdecydowanie polecamy!
