Galina Restaurant Đà Nẵng

This is the third time I have been to Galina Da Nang restaurant, which serves draft beer, seafood, and wedding parties. The food is fresh and delicious, there are up to five types of draft beer, the staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I will definitely bring my family back here every time I come to Da Nang.

The restaurant is large but operates irresponsibly; employees record videos and take photos using others' images without permission, but when I asked to clarify the reason for recording, they refused to provide support from marketing to shift supervisors. A large restaurant allows its employees to behave in such a manner.

On Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at 11:15 AM, my girlfriend and I were sitting on a stone bench opposite a large restaurant chain GALINA across the street, not even sitting in front of their restaurant. But the noteworthy thing here is that in the morning, that restaurant's employees were recording or taking photos of something outside on the street, but they caught me in the shot. At that time, my girlfriend and I were sitting hugging each other, not doing anything. When I looked up, I was sitting by the road and pointed at the employee for my girlfriend to see. Both of us went over. At first, I met a female staff member in the restaurant wearing a white shirt. We explained clearly, and she seemed to know about it. She said, 'Yes, yes, let me go inside and ask, then I'll give it to you.' We waited outside, not knowing what she said inside. Then after a while, we saw a male manager come out. We also explained and stated clearly. They said, 'This is a restaurant, and that matter is a social issue. I cannot help handle it; it is a private matter of the employee and of us.' We asked the manager to check the camera footage to see clearly, but he did not let us view it and also did not let us meet the restaurant's employee to resolve the matter properly. Instead, he did not want to handle it and covered for the employee.

Located right on My Khe Beach. The restaurant is spacious, has a beautiful view, and the food is delicious.

The restaurant is terrible, terrible from the food to the staff. The food is bad, and the staff are openly unpleasant, especially the male manager named Thong. Not only that, but the male managers here also physically touch female casual staff, squeezing their waists... If they don't fire staff like this, the restaurant will only get worse day by day.

I organized a party at this restaurant for 400 guests. The decoration was beautiful and luxurious, the dishes were suitable for guests who are not too picky. BUT THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE, SO TERRIBLE THAT MY INVITED GUESTS CAME BACK AND SAID 'NEVER HAVE I EVER BEEN TO A PARTY WHERE...
