Fresh seafood, large size but the flavor is a bit salty. The steamed clams with Thai style are salty and spicy, not much Thai hot pot flavor. Staff are friendly. The eatery is also spacious and comfortable.

Ordering takes a very, very, very long time (from 6:45 PM to 8:10 PM, only 4 small dishes were served). The restaurant space is spacious, customers are not crowded, but food preparation is very slow. The food and prices are okay, but on weekdays, even though there aren't too many customers, the dishes still take a very long time.

I usually eat at Nguyen Duc Trung. Today I tried branch 2 and it was extremely bad. The staff is unprofessional, ignoring when called. In particular, a female staff member with a Southern accent had a very rude attitude, speaking disrespectfully and without manners. The food took too long to come, some dishes were salty, some were bland. Overall, it was terrible, I won't come back next time.
