Quán Xưa - Bún đậu mắm tôm

Phục vụ tệ bình thường mình hay ăn quán ở đường Dũng Sĩ Thanh Khê, nay có việc nên đến chi nhánh này để ăn tối. Chờ đợi lâu. Người đến sau thì có phần trước Người đến trước thì chưa có phần , nhân viên chỉ bảo là chờ xíu, do đưa nhầm món. Không hề có 1 câu xin lỗi khách.

Quán siêuuuu nhiều ruồiiiii và rau cực kì cực kì héo. Gần như ko có cái rau nào ăn được.

Quán đồ ăn ngon. nhưng hơi chật chội. giá hợp lý.

Đồ ăn thêu,bị độn quá nhiều bún , thái độ b nhân viên nữ rất khó chịu

Mình ăn vào khoảng 17h30 ngày 2/7/2026. Thái độ phục vụ thật sự tệ. Mình gọi 2 phần bún chả, phần bạn mình trong rau có con gì đó đang bò (dài dài , đen đen giống con giun). Nhân viên lấy con đó ra rồi quay đi 🥲 Còn tô mình thì thịt nướng chưa chín, còn đỏ. Khi tính tiền hỏi nhân viên, nhân viên kêu hỏi bếp bếp nói trong rau có con đó. Thái độ vô cùng tệ, k xin lỗi còn đổ thừa trong rau có con đó (đây là do vệ sinh). Quán xem lại cách vệ sinh và thái độ phục vụ của nhân viên, quán nhiều chi nhánh mà k nghĩ chi nhánh này tệ đến vậy

Gọi thì nhân viên không nghe còn bày tỏ thái tỏ cho 1 sao cho nhớ đời nhé

Please check the order carefully before delivery. Last time I ordered, the fish sauce was missing; today I ordered the special set for two people, and the meat was missing. The food was stale as if it were from yesterday, even though I went to eat in the evening. The spring rolls had sand in every piece. The tofu was undercooked and also sour. The fried spring rolls were too sour to mention. The service was terrible. The two of us ordered and after about 15 minutes, there was nothing on the table. Another couple who came in later ordered and got their food immediately, even though we ordered the same things. In general, the work ethic of the owner and staff was extremely poor. The staff were joking around, and when I messaged the owner to give feedback, no one replied. So, goodbye to this restaurant, I won't come back.

I usually eat bún đậu here and at other branches of the restaurant, but this time the staff was extremely bad. The food took a long time to come out while the staff were all laughing and joking very loudly, laughing inappropriately. When I urged them to bring the food out quickly, the staff looked at me but didn't say anything and didn't give me the bill.

Regular vermicelli, spring rolls not tasty, young rice cake patty mushy but service poor, staff indifferent

The noodles are a bit sour and have a slight smell, the fried sausage has sand grit, there are 3-4 pieces but 1 piece has sand stuck to it (probably dropped), the staff is unpleasant.
