Một buổi sáng rất dễ chịu tại Highlands Coffee ☕️ Mình đặc biệt ấn tượng với cách phục vụ của bạn nhân viên 2land. Bạn rất vui vẻ, thân thiện và nhiệt tình ngay từ lúc mình bước vào quán. Cách bạn tư vấn và phục vụ rất nhẹ nhàng, chu đáo, tạo cảm giác gần gũi như khách quen. Đồ uống ngon, quán sạch sẽ và không gian thoải mái. Nhưng điều khiến mình nhớ nhất sau lần ghé hôm nay chính là thái độ phục vụ rất tích cực của bạn 2land. Khônb gian thoáng mát, buổi sáng ngồi nhâm nhi li cà phê quá chill, buổi tối ngồi không gian phía ngoài thư giản quá đỉnh. Order món nhận món cũng nhanh. Sẽ quay lại cửa hàng

quán rất đáng để thử. quán khá là chill, không gian đẹp, sạch sẽ, thoáng đẹp và yên tĩnh, ngồi nói chuyện hay làm việc đều rất thoải mái. Nhân viên siêu thân thiện và nhiệt tình . Đồ uống ngon miệng Có dịp mình sẽ quay lại, khá thích không khí ở đây.

They make drinks quickly. They are enthusiastic in providing support. There are many parking spots for cars and motorbikes, and there is staff to watch over the motorbikes. So you can feel at ease when coming here.

I placed the wrong order, so I contacted the hotline to cancel it. The hotline confirmed the cancellation and said the money would be refunded. But later, a staff member called back and said the money would not be refunded. Very bad experience.

I just had a terrible experience and have to share it right away. I placed an order on the Highlands app, but when it came time to pick it up, I realized I had mistakenly ordered in Da Nang while I am in Hanoi. I contacted the hotline to cancel the order. At that time, the hotline confirmed that the order could be canceled and the money would be refunded within 3-5 days. But a while later, someone called me back and said it couldn't be canceled and there would be no refund. I am really disappointed with the company's handling. Very bad experience.
