Bad service

We were looking for a place late at night where it's fashionable to drink cocoa in a relaxed atmosphere. We arrived, there were no people in the cafe. The staff greeted us with a smile, accepted our order, and made cocoa with egg cream. we also bought chopsticks there that can be dipped in this cream and it turns out that this dish serves as a full-fledged dessert. The girl made cocoa very well. Despite the fact that I don't like iced drinks, but nevertheless, it was really delicious. I was also pleased that the range of drinks is quite large, and there is something to choose from. That's why we've added this coffee shop to our list, and we'll come by and recommend you.

Mình đi vào tầm trưa chiều, quán khá đông khách nhưng mà chỉ có 1 nhân viên hùng hục làm tất cả mọi thứ. Nước uống mình thấy giá rẻ, HSSV nhma không gian ...

đồ uống bình thường nhưng giá hợp lý, vừa túi tiền hssv. cái cửa kéo tầng 2 không ổn lắm, kéo cái ai cũng quay lại nhìn, lại còn ồn ào ảnh hưởng tới người khác. nhưng mình thích cái view này nên vẫn đóng họ khá đều🥹

vệ sinh kém, có mùi hôi và ruồi nhiều

Quán nhiều ruồi quá. Đặc biệt ở tầng 1. Không thể tập trung học nổi:) hơi bẩn nha. Quán nên đọc đánh giá và sửa sang lại không gian cho sạch sẽ

Vệ sinh bàn và sàn nhà còn kém. Cần chú ý vấn đề vệ sinh cho ko gian

Chill yên tĩnh ko bị làm phiền quán mở nhạc đúng gu rất hay không gian đầy đủ, tuy nhiên menu nên bổ sung một số đồ ăn vào

nhân viên rất thân thiện, mình có lỡ làm bể cái ly mà chị nhân viên cx cười cười cho qua, sau đó mình có gửi lại 10k đền bù thì chị nhân viên cx từ chối nhưng sau đó vẫn nhận. Nước khá ngon, giá cx ổn

mình tự tin là mình đến tiệm đủ nhiều và đủ lâu để có thể up bài đánh giá nì, cụ thể là trên dưới 50 lần, mỗi lần khoảng 6-7 tiếng và trải dài trong suốt 3 năm ạ đồ uống khá ngol, giá tầm trung, mấy món mình hay uống từ 30-50k không gian okela, mình học ở đây xuyên suốt từ hồi ôn thi tuyển sinh cơ, 2-3 năm trước rồi ý, lâu lâu sẽ hết bàn vì khách đông, nhưng giờ tiệm đã bổ sung thêm không gian để mn học tập và làm việc gòi chị chủ rất dth, có cả cuốn nhật kí so kiu nữa, vì tiệm mở 24/7 nên có nhiều nv mình không nhớ rõ, nhưng nhìn chung mình có trải nghiệm khá tốt về mặt dịch vụ và phục vụ view hoa giấy, điều hoà, quạt đầy đủ, nhiều khi mình còn thấy lạnh cơ (mình hay đi mùa hè) đồ uống tự lấy tại quầy, khá nhanh nhoa không gian tương đối sạch sẽ còn có mì tôm, bánh kẹo các thứ để tiếp sức cho mn học tập, làm việc đồ nữa nói chung là iu iu

The eatery is not suitable for working in the summer. The first floor is okay, but tables run out quickly. The second floor is very, very bad, very hot (even with air conditioning), and there aren't enough fans for everyone.

The shop is okay in every aspect, but the common room is for studying, it should be quiet. Occasionally, you guys exchanging ideas is fine. But here, some people sit and play games, talking loudly throughout the room, and the staff walk by without reminding them.

I went to hang out here, stumbled upon this shop on Google so I tried it. Drink prices are cheap, the shop is suitable for students and office workers, very quiet with air conditioning on the second floor.

The previous times I came to this eatery, I felt it was quite good, but this time the experience was terrible. I came to study at 9 AM — there weren't many customers and it was quite empty, but the tables and chairs were messy, with watermelon seed shells scattered everywhere on both the tables and the floor. I sat from 9 AM to 12 PM and still didn't see any staff come to clean up. It's summer, but the second floor area didn't have the air conditioning on. They need to improve further.
