best tea ceremony I’ve had
Calm and peaceful. Not noisy.
A beautiful, slightly hidden place away from the crowds. If you want to truly enjoy tea, this is the place to go. There’s a wide variety of teas to choose from, and you can decide where to enjoy your tea - in a lovely garden or in beautifully decorated rooms with wooden sculptures. A great spot for spending time with friends or small groups. They bring a huge thermos of hot water - perfect if you plan to stay and relax for a while)

This place is a peaceful and lovely spot to enjoy a cup of tea. The owner is kind and the atmosphere is great.
The restaurant space is very beautiful with lots of greenery. I especially like the garden area with a fish pond, bougainvillea flowers, and small corners that are quite meticulously cared for, creating a sense of peace and relaxation in the middle of the city. However, my service experience was not entirely complete. When ordering, I was hesitating between hot tea and iced tea, so I hadn't decided yet. At that moment, the staff member had a smiling expression that made me feel uncomfortable and a bit reluctant to continue asking about the menu. It might not have been the staff's intention, but I think customers who are choosing dishes need support and a more pleasant feeling. Nevertheless, I still appreciate the restaurant's space because it is truly beautiful and worth visiting.
I visited Bao Lac Tra on a leisurely Sunday afternoon for a self-date 💗. It felt relaxing and airy. I chose to sit by the large round window, looking up to see a cluster of green flowers and wind chimes. The tea comes with a separate water pot for refills, so you can drink many rounds. I refilled it about 6-7 times :))))) and it only cost 50k, so cheap. The shop has two floors with many different seating areas. It's fine for meeting friends or going alone to chill. The owner said that recently young people have been posting about it online, so the shop has become more well-known, but it had already been operating for about 7-8 years before that. Around late afternoon, a chess club started arriving; I heard they come here regularly on weekends. ------- Update 2: I came with my partner, ordered Lien Ngau Phan and Cam Vu Tra, super delicious. My partner even ordered Cam Vu Tra a second time; it's light, fragrant, and fresh. The space is still lush green and chill. I had been moving around a lot before, but when I spent time here, I immediately felt soothed, more relaxed, more present, listening to sounds and observing the surroundings—it felt so beautifully lively. Oh, and there's also a chubby cat =))))) Oh, I love it so much; I'll definitely come here again and recommend it to friends more often.
I have been to this tea shop many times. The owner is very lovely to talk to, especially the drinks here are delicious, but in the evening you should sit inside, sitting outside will have mosquitoes biting. But I still recommend going to this shop, I will introduce friends and relatives to this shop many more times.
One day wanting to change the morning atmosphere, I came to the eatery following a friend's recommendation. I was quite surprised when stepping through the gate; the first feeling was gentleness. I saw the owner burning incense and feeding the cat, and the words 'so peaceful' ran through my mind. I don't know how to appreciate tea yet, so I just drank what tasted good to me. The eatery also sells coffee, so if you don't drink tea, sitting here for coffee in the morning is also a lovely choice. There are also spots in the back and upstairs for taking photos; the eatery is small but every corner can produce beautiful pictures. Another thing I like is the parking house 😝, which reminds me of my grandmother's house in the old days; the house still retains the architectural style from decades ago... I really like this place. There's a star fruit in the picture; I don't know if it's a sticker or real, but it looks so Newtonian 😝
At first, when I brought the cup out, I was shocked because the decor was so simple. But when I drank the water, I was even more shocked because it was incredibly delicious. Most of the time, I go to cafes for the view, not for the drinks. This is the first cafe I've seen with a beautiful view and good drinks without overpricing. I have to say, here they are meticulous not only with the drinks but also with the decor. There are tons of photo spots, not just one or two; the cafe is small but has many photo angles. I recommend for those going to take Tet Ao Dai photos to shoot in the morning, when the light is soft and favorable. I will visit this cafe many times.
Beautiful scenery, cheap food prices. Background music is limited, the space is a bit small and narrow.
Delicious drinks, quiet space.
The shop is quiet, the staff is enthusiastic, there are many types of tea, and the prices are reasonable. The shop is in an alley, so it's difficult to get around.
The tea shop has a quiet, cool space, adorned with the soft sound of wind chimes that feels very chill, making me feel extremely comfortable and peaceful as soon as I step in. Here I ordered Longjing tea, the flavor is refreshing, easy to drink, quite delicious. The shop owner is super cute and enthusiastic. She takes care of customers extremely thoughtfully, even proactively supporting, guiding, and helping customers take photos with great dedication. Truly a 10/10 experience, enjoying good tea while feeling the warmth and friendliness from the shop owner.
Sister manager, enthusiastic staff, very lovely. I will come back ^^
had a bad service experience here
Very beautiful shop, delicious drinks, the owner is extremely cute
Great restaurant, quiet space, friendly staff
The eatery is located in an alley but it's spacious, with plenty of parking space. The owner and staff are friendly, giving a comfortable feeling like at home. I ordered one iced milk coffee and two salted coffees; the coffee is rich and pure, but I have a small suggestion that the salted coffee is a bit saltier than usual. The space has many green plants, cool and eco-friendly. I visited on a weekend when there was a power outage, but the place had cool breezes, and the owner gave out two cute hand fans for photo ops 😀 The eatery is suitable for weekends to gather with family and friends, chat, listen to roosters crow, wind chimes swaying, and play with cats. Will visit again 👌
I arrived at the shop on the morning of Saturday, the 1st day of the lunar month, with light sunshine. A bit unlucky that it happened to be a power outage day, so I was a bit sweaty. But the shop lent me a very cute paper fan. The drinks were okay. I ordered salted coffee, which was quite tasty, but the salt was a bit too salty. Next time I'll try the teas. The shop is small and cute, with cool greenery and some adorable seating corners. The owner is very cheerful and enthusiastic, and the staff are also lovely. Overall, I quite liked it. The shop also has two pet cats that are super adorable, especially the calico cat.
Drinks are reasonably priced, including a pot of hot tea that you can keep refilling until the tea is finished. The waitress is quick and helpful. The space is quiet with a breeze, and the sound of the bell is very satisfying. I met a few people playing Go here. Tea ceremony and Go, as well as the quiet space, are quite nice. I hope to have the chance to return.
Drinks are very delicious, although the space is a bit small but the decoration is beautiful, suitable for going with friends and family.
Delicious drinks Cool space with many trees
Not satisfied with the attitude of the staff (around 30-something years old, not very young). The drinks are okay, but that staff member might be the owner's child or something, as they seem unpleasant and often frown.
