Da Nang: A Gathering of Culinary Stars for the "Legendary Ladies Part II" Dinner

Building on the success of its inaugural event, the culinary experience "Legendary Ladies Part II" will take place at Char Grill House, Fusion Resort & Villas Da Nang, promising a special evening. This edition features 7 talented women making their mark in the culinary, wine, mixology, and hospitality sectors across Central Vietnam.

The event is scheduled for the evening of October 20, 2026, with the participation of 4 skilled female chefs, a wine expert, a bartender, and a host. Guests will savor a specially curated 5-course menu, paired with selected wines and unique cocktails, promising an unforgettable gastronomic journey.

The participating chefs include Tuyet Pham, runner-up of MasterChef Vietnam and founder of NU ĐỒ Kitchen, renowned for her creative style and love for her homeland. Tin Ho, Head Chef at Char Grill House, brings extensive experience from top hotels and resorts. Nguyen Ngo, Sous Chef at Le Comptoir, has contributed to the success of a high-end restaurant in Da Nang. Finally, Ai Nhi, Head Chef at Shilla Monogram Da Nang, boasts a wealth of experience at prestigious resorts.

Additionally, Lebi Tran, a wine expert from Celliers d’Asie with over 20 years of experience, will oversee the wine pairings. Uyen Nhi, a mixologist at The Craftsman, will craft innovative cocktails, enriching the sensory experience for diners.
